Stay clear until issues dealt with
Near a working location
Advertised with Free parking - not the case. Its permitted parking and time zoned. Boiler has issues which looks like reported before. It failed twice in 3 days. It need a repair NOT a “plaster patch” Place needs a proper clean. It smells mouldy and the communication from the host was near non existent until they requested a deposit a week after booking it and asking questions that was no reply’s too. Will not recommend until these issues dealt with

Bloody awful!!
The only good thing was the location
It desperately needs a deep clean.. Toilet was dirty and the shower was cold Too many beds packed into each room Bedding and towels need renewed My 7 year old decided she’d rather sit on her coat than directly on the settee!! Only 2 small burnt pans for use in the kitchen

Fab location and great for large groups. Would stay again if property was undated
Great location, great size, but could definitely do with an update. New beds and bedding. The property is in a great location and ideal for a big family event. However the beds were uncomfortable and the property needs updating. Bedding was not freshly washed. Lock on bathroom broke.
The location is fab and the size. We had a great family weekend. Just a shame about the cleanliness and the beds.

Spacious house in a good location
Hot shower and comfy clean beds. I needed somewhere with 4 bedrooms and a living room space as I was travelling with my teenage kids and nephew who needed the privacy. It is right by st James Park so after the match it took 5 mins to get to the house. I also needed somewhere I could bring the dogs but ended up not bringing them. However the outdoor space would have been great for them. There is a conscience store next door which was great for late night snacks. Large living room with dining table. Had a hairdryer and iron. Felt secure and safe. This place would be perfect for a large group of people either out shopping, for a match day or a good night out.
It could do with a deep clean and a bleach of the shower rooms. The upstairs shower was not usable because when I opened the shower door the smell of the mildew and damp was bad. But the downstairs one was fine - good pressure and hot water. It was cold and we couldn’t put the heating on but we had plenty of blankets (this bothered my daughter more than me!) I didn’t use the parking as I used a secure car park in the city centre.

A bed and a shower close to town? Fine. But quality absolutely poor, would not recommend to anyway.
Location. A small walk to the nearest bar
It was dirty, hairs all over the bathrooms and skid marks on arrival, dirty showers, roof was leaking onto a bed, boiler wasn’t working so no hot water at taps, uneven floors, took 2 weeks to be refunded security deposit when they state 7 days, and didn’t ask for any details until I chased them up.

Worth the money if a large group
Lots of space and close to the town centre ,lots and lots of beds if there is a party of you looking for a economical stay
The property inside and out needs some tlc, weed the garden pick up the rubbish,t heres been some effort with the astro turf and benches but not very kerb friendly, the decor is always a matter of choice but maybe clean, rubdown ,replace then decorate,an overall feeling of damp throughout.

Avoid
Close proximity to the city centre
Rating: 1/10 (only because 0 isn’t an option) We stayed here with my husband and our dog, and I genuinely wish we hadn’t. When we tried to contact the owners for help regarding access, parking, wifi and the issues, communication was slow, unhelpful, and at times bordered on rude. There was no sense of responsibility or hospitality. The property is clearly set up to cram in as many people as possible, with 3 or 4 double beds squeezed into each tiny bedroom. This left barely any space to move around, and there was almost no storage for clothing. The beds were old and incredibly uncomfortable — we were dealing with springs in our backs every night. The gardens were neglected and full of rubbish, making them unusable. In the kitchen, while there were loads of knives and dessert spoons, there was only one fork and one teaspoon, so we had to eat our meals with spoons. Much of the crockery was chipped or damaged, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. The sofas, which you've guessed also doubled as additional beds were heavily water stained, or shall I day, I hope it was water, therefore we sat at the dining table which was the only decent thing about the whole accommodation. The boiler kept dropping pressure, meaning we frequently had no hot water. There is a tv, but unless you already have a personal subscription to online channels which you can log into, the tv is useless. To make things worse, someone turned up before 9am on our day of departure (checkout was 10am) to start preparing for the next guests. They were visibly annoyed and rude that we hadn’t left yet — even though we were still well within our booking time. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. Would absolutely not recommend.

Place was disgusting
Nothing
Ok it was a total dump. Can’t lock toilet doors. Locks broken off doors. Beds broken and junk stacked high. Gardens a mess this is the worst place I have ever stoped in.
