Cheap but for multiple very good reasons.

It was cheap and a good size, beds were comfortable.

It was in a very poor condition with mould on ceilings, doors without handles and dirty walls and carpets. WiFi didn’t work so neither did the TV I emailed for help but got no response.

Newcastle nightmare!

Location wasnt too far from where I wanted to be. Bedding seemed clean. Not much traffic noise. The WiFi worked.

Floors were uneven at front and back door as if flood damage.No running hot water apart from electric shower, but the hot water cut out for 1 of guests in that. Toilet in bathroom with shower upstairs was leaking when flushed. Bathroom door didnt lock. 1 bedroom had no handle at all! Som room blinds were all broken, uneven or wouldnt open fully. Stairs carpets were all marked and stained. Pot in cupboard in kitchen was encrusted with old food. Kitchen had a smell... like coming from drains. Plus we were woken up early morning with bailiffs banging at the door, which has caused undue stress and anxiety for us all! We felt we had to get up and get out in case they returned. I had to wake my son so we could vacate the property immediately! This caused him to I also was not happy getting asked for £150 security deposit literally 5 minutes before getting to the property and I was not paying this under circumstances. Never have when booked through booking.com. I only got the pin for keypad when at the property and waiting outside when I informed the owner in plenty of time when we would be arriving!

The property was a real disgrace, I have never seen such a bad place it looked nothing like the pictures on the website and feel it should be removed and never rented out again. Would not touch it

There was plenty of clean bedding.

At least a dozen dead flies to greet us as we opened front door. Carpet in hall stairs and landing were dirty and stained. Several tiles on kitchen floor were broken and loose would be very dangerous if in bare feet.Toaster only worked if you held lever down continuously. Extractor over oven covered in grease. Booked for 7 people only 4 mugs and very light on utensils. Mould Inside fridge door.. electric socket in hallway damaged. Living room blinds didn't operator all tear on sofa arm tv cabinet glass missing. Bedrooms door handles missing of one bedroom both sides. , another door dammaged held open by blocks of wood. Stains on mattresses e.g. looks like urine stains, pillows disgusting. Nearly all walls were marked or odd hole here and there. Bathroom had no mirror . Water pressure was poor. The whole house is in desperate need of a make over and update. It is nothing like what your photos represent !!! false advertising.

Ad rather sleep on the streets then ever stay in that house ever again! Absolutely disgusting

The house was ran down and scruffy the kitchen cooker still fad food all over it the bathrooms were disgusting! Paid 600 to stay in a house with doors with no handles carpet was so dirty and hadn’t been hoovered in months the kitchen was just something else absolutely rotten!

Comfortable stay but the apartment needs work deffo not worth the money we give

Beds were comfy, and nicely presented with fresh towels and soap, good space

The place was dirty, there was lights hanging off ceilings, water was leaking through ceiling right next to fire alarm, not one toilet seat was correctly secured to toilet base, hot water didnt work correctly, floor was sinking at door

Big family suit

A well cleaned spacious house with 3 bathrooms, free WiFi, enough space to move around the kitchen and other rooms, away from the high street, had a silent night for good sleep. Good communication from the owner before and after our staying. I left my watch, staff found and return to me. Can't see any reason to give anything less then 10*. Will be happy to visit again.

Okay for 1 night, needs a clean

A large group of us stayed for 1 night, the cost was cheap so it was reasonable for the price paid. Large building, plenty of rooms and beds.

Quite dirty, blocked drains, a lot of damage to the house e.g. broken tiles, scuffs on walls, damaged bins etc.

property had an ant issue as soon as we walked in. upstairs bathrooms shower had mould round the whole shower area. en suite bathroom shower caused leak in downstairs area every time it was use. Kitchen floor is pretty badly smashed up from previous attendants.

A clean, comfortable property.

We were told to pay a £150 security deposit (which wasn’t specified at time of booking) on the day we checked in. While we got this back and the staff where transparent about when it would be paid back (and it was promptly) this caused us a degree of annoyance at the very last minute when we had already arrived in the city.

Looking forward to stay in the same place in the future

Calm, peaceful neighborhood, suitable for Muslim brothers. Great for group travelers or family trip . Nearby shops and places to eat (Halal). Last minute booking but owner still offered good hospitalities.

30 minutes walk from Newcastle City Centre, however already stated in the ads and can book Uber or Taxi (average 6-8 GBP). Pricey in the weekends, manageable if you plan your stay wisely!

Very grateful for a large property on great north run weekend after being gazumped from another property. Owner was responsive to requests. Easy bus route into town.

it needed some TLC, wi fi did not work but to be fair we were not in apartment very long and did not seek help. Only 2 coffee mugs. Even allowing for great north run was very expensive for what it was.

Size of the house,

Place, especially kitchen wasn't clean. Fridge and dishwasher were absolutely disgusting. We had to clean ourselves to be able to use it. We had to wash all dishes before we use as weren't clean. In bathrooms bad smell when you use - drain issues. All windows dirty, definitely weren't clean for long. Dust on stairs, lamp in living room. On departure day (before 10am, dep time was 11am) someone came to the house to change the carpets and were surprised that we are there. House have really big potential to be very nice place but nobody bother to clean before guest arriving.

It was poorly maintained. 2nd floor both commode rest were broken. There were some pictures frames which were on the floor not a single picture were hanging. Ground floor toilet exhaust fan was not working. Bed smell were in the kitchen as bin were over loaded with rotten food which were placed outside just in front of kitchen window. In room and lobby there was no curtains in some windows.

Value for money. The apartment was good for the rate that it was at. Good if you’re going to Newcastle for a night out. Location fairly close to centre.

The apartment isn’t in the best area. The front door key also didn’t work from the outside.

Las alfombras manchadas. Necesitan invertirle para reparar muchos detalles del lugar. Querían que pagara depósito pero al final ya no, la verdad no lo vale
