The price was right for our stay & the location right next to the Uni & town.It had games & books which were useful. The bed, bedding & pillows were really soft & comfortable. There was tea, coffee & sugar on arrival but no milk. The owner was super lovely when we couldn't follow the directions and directed us to the van.
The van had a slight smell of ashtray, later I found one had previously been emptied in to the small bin, maybe noone smoked in the van but you could smell it. The sink leaked around the base & there was a slight damp smell. There was a folder but not a lot of information, needs updating also only a couple of take-away menus. Theres no door between the livingroom & the bedrooms so, takes a while to warm the van up. The directions need changing as they are very confusing. The park doesnt need to be mentioned as this is what caused the confusion. Its an immediate right when the reception is on your right, all the way down to the bottom & right again. The row is about 3 gaps up, there's a statue of a girl & a boy embracing, turn right and follow to the end.
