welcome to B4

Getting in the property was amazing, code was given to me a few days before arriving at the property. I arrived in Aber a little earlier than anticipated due to an earlier train from Chester but it was't an issue. I messaged the hosts before hand and they said if the cleaning was done I was able to arrive into the property. I shortly got a message around half 1 which was great. I found the caravan to be spot on, the little extras were great the biscuits, welsh cakes, duck eggs and milk being left was a lovely touch. I only found the tea towels as I was leaving so never used them my bad but they had everything on site to use. I thought the tea bags, coffee and (massive amount of) Hot chocolate left was a great addition, I did bring my own tea bags so didn't use any of them but a welcome treat never the less! I did have an issue with the onsite WIFI but again this wasn't an issue as the host logged in and sorted this remotely so spot on!! would recommend 5 star

I had nothing I wanted to complain about, a lot of people complained about the shower not being hot enough but as long as you turn the hot tap so its got good power this is NOT an issue.

The location is very good, only a 10 min walk from town. The caravan is very comfortable, with a load of extra helpful and thoughtful touches such as blankets, cushions for the chairs outside, soap, washing up liquid and sauces provided and a welcome pack including milk, duck eggs and the most fantastic home-made Welsh cakes. We also loved that the little deck outside gets the sun later in the day so it was nice to sit out and relax in the sun. The parking spot is paved which is a nice bonus. The first day we got there the weather was horrible so we were particularly thankful for the fact the caravan has WiFi and a nice selection of boardgames and puzzles. It felt very homely and I would recommend it.

Welcome back and attention to detail - the small touches. Decor and location.

The shower was unusable - hot then cold - needs urgent attention. Some of the details for B4 were incorrect - eg. electric trip switch. Also the heating wasn't up to expected standard.
