Great place to stay!

Lovely and clean accommodation, very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and excellent location for the beach and town.

The living area is a little sparse, another sofa or armchair, and maybe a rug, would soften it and make it a bit more cosy for an autumn or winter stay.

Neat little ground floor apartment in great location.

Perfect location to walk to the beach, shops and bars. Lovely little ground floor apartment. Neatly furnished sitting room with adequate kitchen facilities. Clean bathroom and comfy bed with good quality bed linen. We was lucky that we was able to park just up the street without incurring a charge but the parking could be a problem it you wanted to park outside the property.

In all honesty with other hotels in a short distance I would not recommend

Broken bed that was slanted on one side which meant for a extremely uncomfortable sleep, hair was also found on the bed which was just gross

I’d stay again.

Location, location, location! This place has all you need for a short stay - it’s good, basic accommodation. Hot shower and a comfortable bed - I’m easily pleased.

A pint of milk in the fridge wouldn’t go amiss - neither would an ironing board. I also had to clean the washing-up bowl before using it. The fridge freezer requires de-icing.

Great stay with plenty of space and close to everything

Location: walking distance to the main shopping area, promenade, beach and castle ruins. It’s also nice to have more space than just a hotel room with a kitchen and washing machine. Nicely presented one bedroom apartment. This place was able to accomodate our bikes as well.

Great location .peaceful at night . Well equipped kitchen .

There was only one wine glass. But we left a set of prosecco glasses . Could do with some new cutlery!

The furniture was uncomfortable and the shower was like a dripping tap, the outside space was unusable and the neighbour

A nice place in a central location

A good location, close to the beach front & shops / cafes / restaurants. Easily walkable. The apartment itself was quiet and spacious enough for more than a few days stay. We didn't experience any issues.

The bed was not the most comfortable, there was also a bit of a musty smell when we first walked in, perhaps because the apartment was quite cold but once we turned the heaters on, it was fine. Couldn't quite get the water hot enough in the shower (may be fine for most people). It wasn't the easiest to find parking, but we knew this.

The floors weren’t clean, and the bedding appeared unchanged but we were assured they were by the agent. . We changed the bedding and swept the floors ourselves.

A stress free break. Just what I was looking for.

Ideal . Like a secret hideaway , on a quiet street but close to all amenities and the promenade. Everything was an 8 minute walk away. The library was 2 doors down. Apartments across the road were new and well maintained. Good modern equipment in the kitchen.

Lack of street parking facilities but that is an urban problem. The solution, if you came by car , was to source a carpark online . Also, the conversion of the Victorian house, didn't really put an effort into soundproofing the ceiling. So you were aware of the upstairs occupants walking around their apartment. But it was never invasive or disturbing.

Very pleasant, just what we needed for purpose of our trip.

The smoke alarms were beeping when we arrived due to low batteries. The bed was a little small for us, though it was accurately described on site and we thought we’d be ok. Mattress was very comfortable though.

It is a nice modern apartment albeit it , that's it's very repressive as it's a basement apartment,dark and very hot.Good Kitchen and bathroom.It's needs the blind replacing on the door as people on the street can see you sitting on sofa and that feels very intrusive.The bathroom could do with a few hooks to hang your clothes.The main bedrooms needs a summer quilt on the bed as we were sweating buckets,also a fan needed.It is in a good location.

You highlight there is parking on the booking.There categorically is No parking! We arrived on Sunday evening and parked on the street,my partner woke to banging on the door from the ticket warden.The host told us we could park in Premier Inn car park,my partner went there and the receptionists told him it's for visitors only,so he drove round for ages looking for a car park(which is at the bottom of the rd)but it was card only, he had taken cash.He was very annoyed when he got back.Our biggest annoyance at the property was complete lack of sleep,left feeling so miserable and tired.The people in the flat above stomp up and down the floor continually(maybe they have a wooden floor)but it went on till gone 1am,the noise really is horrendous.I cannot understand this comment not being left on other reviews? I can categorically tell you that you will experience it too! It needs sound proofing and for that reason would stop us ever returning.We had a very long journey the Next day and my partner was just so tired.

The flat is newly and beautifully renovated in a Victorian townhouse. The facilities and location are exceptional. Loved the furniture and the vibe. Would move in tomorrow!We greatly enjoyed staying and the host could not have been more attentive when I nessaged about having trouble with Wifi code. I got an answer immediately.

Very central to Aberystwyth town. Apartment is a good size. Nice little bit of outside space.

The apartment was very musty, the smell was almost overwhelming. Only one pillow per person. The wifi password didn’t work. One of the blinds was stuck up with a plaster (for a cut) and a piece of sticky paper. Small things but it created a bit of an atmosphere of neglect.
