Location, layout, furnishings
Bathroom door sticks. Bathroom radiator was overly dusty & could do with a good wipe down. But would not stop me booking again.

The property was very clean and cosy , the location is perfect. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay .

The bed was very comfortable
Both TV’s we a good size and with plenty of choices of channels
The front door had been broken into and was always open to everyone.
Homeless people were sleeping in the shelter across the street.
There was no kettle for making tea
You need to advertise that there is no lift, so moving yourself and you luggage up those various flights of stairs to mobility challenged guests was risky and could have been dangerous.
Due to the above items we only stayed 3 nights instead of 6.
