Llys yr Onnen

Location close to beach and town centre, parking, cleanliness and spacious apartment and the balcony is a real plus when the weather is good enough to sit outside.

The place was so much more than we expected. Couldn't fault it

The hot tub maybe need a little TLC

The apartment was modern , clean and nicely layed out . The staff was friendly .

They're weren't any towels at the time of arriving and we weren't told where the hot tub code was until we found it just before leaving .

VERY RUDE lady at reception. Had trouble with her before in four seasons 3 years ago, she is very rude and shouldn’t work in hospitality if she cant accommodate guests with their bookings. They gave us the wrong room- we booked Llys yr Onnen but we recieved Llys y Dderwen , we booked this stay in March 2026 for a night in July 2026 for graduation, when I raised my concerns to the woman at four seasons, she wouldnt allow us to switch into the room we originally booked and no apology or explanation was given. Also called me days in advance asking for payment over the phone even though it noted on the booking that I could pay at the property , she was really short on the phone and constantly interrupted me when I told her I’d pay on arrival, went from nice to rude very quickly about this. Overall clean apartment, few dirty glassware, no liquid to wash dishes or use in dishwasher. Didnt set up cot as requested and when it arrived it was broken and with a wood board and sheet for my son which is unacceptable. Bleach stains on carpets upstairs and many marks everywhere. Terrible water pressure in shower and scalding hot water with no warning at all which is very dangerous. I would totally book this place again if the four seasons weren’t the ones that own this place which is such a shame!!
