Nothing because we didn’t get to stay in it as the Four Seasons owner’s seem to have double booked the room to someone who would stay the week. They couldn’t offer a viable alternative and pushed us to another hotel and a basement flat that was dark, dirty and very shabby.

Unacceptable switch to a different apartment

Good location

We would love to say more about this property, but the shifty owner Mr Davies had moved us - without warning or compensation - to a different property. I suspect that someone else had offered him more money... The substitute apartment was OK, but did not have all of the features offered by the one we booked. Plus it was messy in places with some shoddy fittings. So, be warned - you might book this place but find yourself moved to another apartment (or told "you can have a refund" and be left to find somewhere else on a busy weekend)

We was promised 3 double bed and there was 2 doubles and 1 twin bed Also the place was not clean and the staff at the four seasons was very rude to me

Good

Lovely 3 bed flat up shallow staircase, glad it was shallow with my dodgy knees, there was an electric charge point my daughter was able to use which was a big plus. Some of the beds more comfortable than others. The parking was useful at this time of year, might be tricky in the summer with all the flats occupied. We had an enjoyable time during the day walking the prom and having space for 5 of us to have a rare get together for dinner and our grandson enjoyed his tour of the Uni.

The road was a LOT more NOISY than expected for a BACK ROAD and of course good natured sounding students coming back to halls in the night past our house, made the ensuite room (least comfortable of the beds) very disturbing. We are not used to night time noise, might not bother someone else. For a flat for 6 with a dishwasher there were not enough mugs or knives, just enough plates. No coat hooks for outdoor jackets.

Amazing stay - exceeded all expectations! Was so lucky to get the balcony property too! Great stay for all the family during graduation week, close walking distance to all amenities in Aber! Property is equipped with everything you’ll need, hosts responded quickly when we needed some more towels! Would definitely stay again. Parking on site too!

A really disappointing experience . let down by dreadful hygiene levels and arrogant owner.

A reaaly disapointing experience, made worse by arrogant and evasive owner, who was incrediably unhelpful when we dared to complain about the poor hygeine levels. The entire experience was made even worse by being charged a big premium price for a single night stay. Avoid this place if you are looking for value for money, high quality and looking to be treated fairly.

This BEAUTIFUL building is rusting and falling apart on the outside. The owner is clearly unwilling to, essentially, own the ritz and put zero effort into upkeep. Inside was great, outside is heartbreaking. Sort it out! Lazy and cheap.

Beautiful house!

Great size, nice quiet location, hot tub was lovely. Everything you need is there. Plenty of towels a plus point when you have kids and a hot tub!

I liked it all. A few areas needed a bit of a better clean the freezer for example. However we only stayed one night and it was ideal for us.

Charming staycation.

Beautiful apartment; well decorated.Stones throw from the promenade. Wonderful victorian balcony to have breakfast on and evening drinks. Within walking distance of most things. Aberystwyth is beautiful. Fabulous food . Very friendly people. I just wanted to stay longer.

Location of hot tub. To be honest , I had no time to use it anyway as I went in the sea. Probably better relocated to the garden.

Massive Disappointment

Cannot comment as they did not give us the apartment we booked

Horrendous customer service We arrived after a 4 hour journey to find the hotel had given our pre paid apartment away! The reception desk said not there fault but must be booking.com then the owner unprofessionally argued with his staff They wanted to put a family in a hotel which we declined then gave us keys for there description luxury cottage which it was not from The swamp like hot tub to the extremely outdated condition and many broken things inside What made this worse, totally unannounced the owner walked to the back and explained we have to pack up in the morning as wanted to give this to cottage to someone else and he’d move us to another Well as you might expect we left as we had completely as enough I’d 100% not recommend here or any of its sister hotels There are many other better ones

Liked veranda.

A shower cady and bath matt would have made it as one party was disabled. TV ariel in middle room needs sorting.. Hard to find bins. The bins that was outside the gates were full.
