Very good location, shops, seafront all within walking distance. Room was spacious, clean with comfortable bed & bed settee. Smart TV, microwave and fridge. Overall ok as a base, pleasant older building overlooking the back of the castle and park, lovely sunsets.
Parking was a bit hit n miss although we seemed to get the the last spot available everytime which was lucky! on saying that we walked most places, if you have mobility problems (like my mom) there are 3 steep steps into the building, hot water was a bit temperamental.

I went for my first solo stay away and booked the apartment with the sea view (3rd floor). The second I walked into the apartment I was overly pleased with how clean and lovely it was. Its not a very modern place, but its cosy, clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. Centre of everywhere that I needed to go. Will definitely be booking again. (Photos were taken after my stay before I left)
Walls do seem pretty thin. So can hear either from someone in the next room or below. But it didnt go on to be a nuisance. So not really a complaint at all.
