Great location, well equipped flat.
Beds (both bed) were uncomfortable, woke up feeling like I slept on nails. Even the topper used was flat.

Car Parking adjacent to flat and always accessible. Spacious Quiet residential area yet very close to facilities in Aberystwyth
Cleanliness - carpets need cleaning . Oven left with large amount of cooking grease in the trays. Bathroom tiles - grouting needs cleaning Required minor repairs to towel holder in bathroom Would benefit from additional crockery.
