Location good, 2 mins from station, and plenty of shops, 3 mins from beach, first time i have booked a place that doesn't offer breakfast....but i think it was an excellent idea, full use of kitchen to cook what i wanted, tea/coffee ect supplied by owner, host Paul very informative regards places to go,
property is a little tired

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Very kind and helpful host. Very interesting to talk to. Great central location, just minutes away from public transport and seafront. Large, well equipped kitchen for guest use. Large, very soft bath towel and very pretty duvet cover!
Bedside lamp/desk lamp would have been really useful. Waste paper bin in room also, although managed with a carrier bag.
