Good comms with the owner before arrival.
Great location only a short walk to the seafront.
Well equipped, clean and tidy communal kitchen upstairs.
Would be a great place if several people / groups were to stay and wanted to relax together.
Nothing about the property.
Being on the ground floor there is a bit of noise from the road outside, but as I sleep heavily I didn’t notice it.

Only 2 things the frame on the bed is deadly iv got bruises and my partner has them . Because then end of the bed frame. Also you need black out blinds/curtains Friday night was good as we we had a good drink lol but Saturday night way to much light in the room . But a lovely stay many thanks we will use you again!!!!!!😀

The accommodation was clean apart from the bed (see comment below).
In no way is this a studio apartment and it should not be advertised as such, it is an en-suite room with a shared kitchen. There were two black hairs on the bed sheets. The location is opposite one very noisy pub with another 100 yards down the street which were still very noisy on both Friday and Saturday nights until 2 a.m.
