Lovely room and well equipped kitchen
Longer lead on the kettle in the room because it was so short I had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it.

The room was big enough for 2 people with a few bags of luggage. Check-in and out was easy and stress free.
We used the kitchen and found it supplied with enough items to make a simple dinner.
Very quiet inside the building. You wouldn’t know anyone else was occupying other rooms until the shut their doors.
We had to Google how to use the oven. Lol
Having a cookie sheet for baking would have made it easier.
The street noise was loud.

The accommodation was clean apart from the bed (see comment below).
In no way is this a studio apartment and it should not be advertised as such, it is an en-suite room with a shared kitchen. There were two black hairs on the bed sheets. The location is opposite one very noisy pub with another 100 yards down the street which were still very noisy on both Friday and Saturday nights until 2 a.m.
