Just the perfect getaway for us to explore Aberystwyth. We’ll definitely return, as we loved it.

The little apartment was in a really convenient location for shops, eateries, beach and railway station. It was spacious and beautiful decor.

We struggled finding the instructions on how to work the hob but the hosts responded to us straight away with excellent communication all the way through - from prior to our arrival to during our stay.

Comfort, convenience and Welsh beauty - all in one package!

The location was right across from the train station, close to steam train, close to food shopping, handy for exploring the town.

The young man who checked me in was very helpful and kindly carried my suitcase up the many stairs involved. There was no way to arrange that same assistance when I checked out.

A Lovely summer break

I loved everything about the apartment. It was clean, there were condiments, cutlery, utensils, clean towels... everything that you would expect. The hosts left instructions on how to get in, where everything was and it was just as they said. The apartment was lovelier than pictures, especially the little bathroom. The location was fantastic, a minute from the train station and about 7 mins from the pebble beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Ready to answer any questions. It was just great. My daughter and I had a wonderful time 💯

The stairs were a bit steep and narrow, but that worked in my favour... helped me burn calories. It didn't stop us from taking evening walks to the beach to watch the sunset

Convenient apartment very near to the train station.

Well-equipped one-bedroom apartment very near to the railway station. Large single-space living-room and kitchen, comfortably furnished and brightly decorated, with large fridge. Smart TVs in both living area and bedroom. Ideal for couples arriving by train. No obvious street parking nearby. Keys collected from amusement arcade on ground floor.

A couple of the nearby pubs provide noise until quite late.

It's ok

The Room/apartment was in a good location, it's a self-catering apartment with all the usual equipment apart from a microwave & washing machine....personally I'd swap the dishwasher for a washing machine...especially if you're stopping for a longer vacation.

What we didn't like was the stairs to the apartment....pretty knackering humping you're cases up three flights of stairs! The stairs up to the apartment left you wondering what the hell have I booked here? The apartment was ok...not too bad...could do with some TLC. The kitchen is pretty basic with a fridge, cooker, kettle & toaster (which is temperamental) No microwave 🤔. The view from the rear of the apartment is pretty dismal...but who cares 😉 The lounge has a TV which we couldn't work but hey ho, a settee & a coffee table in front of the window. The bathroom is ok & the shower is adequate. The bedroom is ok with a couple of bedside drawers & a wardrobe & a TV which we couldn't work? The noise from the bedroom window from outside is pretty bad 👎 if it's not pub revellers it's noisy seagulls all night long. Another thing we didn't like was the entrance door... to the room it could do with a lock or a chain from the inside so it can't be opened while you're inside, it may sound daft but it would give you peace of mind at night. Definitely could do with some hooks on the bedroom & bathroom doors for towels & dressing gowns.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, well stocked with everything, the Wifi was good, the location was brilliant especially as we traveled to it by train.

The steps were a bit too much for us and made us feel our age, the Ariel cable was broken so it was good that the WiFi was strong for streaming

Central and value for money.

This was our third stay in flat 2 so it was a bit like coming home! Spacious and comfortable place to stay, in the heart of the town, ideal if travelling by train. Short walk to seafront and everything literally on your doorstep. Nicely decorated, quality bedding and towels. Great communication and support from hosts!

Expect a bit of noise as you are in the town, this really didn’t bother us but earplugs are provided which is a thoughtful touch.

A really good apartment - I'd recommend and would stay there again

Very spacious, comfortable living room. Great bedroom with a good comfortable double bed. Good size TVs in both rooms, with all the streaming platforms available to sign into! Well equipped kitchen, with clear instructions for the oven etc., and Welsh tea cakes for consumption. I was impressed!

The only disadvantage is that it's on a busy street near Wetherspoons, so it was quite noisy late evening and early morning. But I knew that from previous reviews, so brought earplugs which did the trick! And 2 sets of earplugs were also provided in the bedside cabinets - very useful if I hadn't brought my own.

Lovely apartment, close to the sea front and a great place to stay to explore the surrounding area, felt like home as so

The apartment was light and spacious and very well equipped with lovely touches such as Welsh cakes, tea, coffee and milk on arrival. The location is ideally placed in town and we had no problem parking nearby. Communication from the hosts was good.

The apartment was stylish and clean with a lovely shower room, lounge, kitchen and bedroom. The apartment was near the train and bus station which is what we wanted to travel around Wales.

It needed baking trays, instructions to use the hob cooker, baking foil, and more things to help us cook. It would have been good to have had a microwave as we found the hob a bit too difficult to use.

Great location - the apartment is in the centre of the town and within walking distance of everything. The apartment was small but very comfortable and ideal for a couple. The kitchen was also very well stocked.

As the apartment is on a busy street and the windows aren’t very thick, it was noisy at times. This didn’t bother but may bother you if you were looking for a very quiet spot to stay.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, met every need.

Very clean, spacious, well-appointed kitchen minus the lack of microwave, surprisingly nice views of the sunrise from the front windows due to being close to the street corner. Good television to curl up in the evening and watch a movie, good lighting thanks to the dimmer switches on almost every light in the apartment. Provision of condiments, milk, cooking supplies was appreciated, though the milk feels like a bit of a waste without asking if we wanted to make use of any. Induction cooker is quick and easy to clean. The cashier at the Jackpot gambling place underneath was friendly and helpful when we first needed to be let into the apartment. Weirdly, lots of bird-life visible from the rear window, they're adorable and I could watch them for hours.

Check-in restrictions can be a problem - partially my fault, I struggle with memory after a head injury - but I only re-checked my booking at 19:40 to discover check-in ended in twenty minutes, exceptionally early by most accommodation standards. I had to rush from my location outside town to catch Jackpot before it closed in order to be let into the building for the first time to collect the keys. Loud location, next to a rough pub and a Wetherspoons in the middle of town, the large windows have a downside when it comes to noise, and are not double-glazed. Kitchen doesn't include a microwave, which might complicate matters if you're travelling light and want easy-to-cook meals. Shower is sometimes very slow to warm up. Unpredictable. Sofa is a bizarre and frightening object that's a bit too small for comfort. Eldritch. You can see it in the photos, skulking there, out-of-place, watching, waiting for prey.

Excellent base to explore Aberystwyth

Really enjoyed my stay everything I needed was there, bed was comfy, bathroom was great with excellent shower, cosy living room, kitchen was very well equipped with utensils cutlery etc, I really appreciated real tea and coffee available and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and a pack of Welsh cakes! Vert nice touch

Nothing really, the passage way to the apartment is a bit tired but that's pretty much standard everywhere, that's just an observation not a complaint as the apartment is lovely

SUPER recomendable!!!

El departamento es amplio y cómodo (a tener en cuenta: es un 2do piso por escalera). La ducha y el wifi funcionaron perfecto. Cama muy cómoda. Cuenta con elementos básicos para poder cocinar (se agradecen mucho!). La ubicación es excelente!!!: a pasos de la estación de bus/tren y a 4 cuadras del mar. Andrew y Diane estuvieron atentos y comunicativos siempre. Muy amables! (Al igual que Sam, la encargada del local de al lado, donde se retiran las llaves para el check-in).

Nos tocaron días de mucho calor y el departamento resultó algo caluroso.... Sugiero contar con algún ventilador. También agregar un trapo rejilla para usar en la cocina y servilletas. Y aceite, x favor :)
