Great house in central location

Very well provisioned house in a great location. Very good, comfortsble space. Really enjoyed the stay. House warmed up quickly and the showers were very good - even on the top floor.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and town. There was plenty of space in the house and a very well equipped kitchen. Three showers was a bonus.

Good value for money, great facilities and location. Perfect for a big group.

Group of 9 young lads found this stay very good given the facilities and value for money. The hosts were very helpful and provide a lot of documents of things to do, house rules and how to use certain facilities in the house. Kitchen facilities were more than ideal and there was plenty of space for 9 people. The location is great as it is situated just a 5 minute walk from the pier and other amenities. If you are similar to us and want to enjoy a beer or two we would highly recommend the Wetherspoons in the train station as well as the Academy / Harley's for late night boozing.

Noise from the seagulls can be a big issue in the morning. If you stay here make sure that windows are closed to block out the noise. Other than this I would say the parking situation is a bit awkward but we managed to park for 3 nights at the Premier Inn about a 5-10 minute walk away. Very minor issues that shouldn't take away from a lovely place.

A really lovely house, very well equipped, spacious, comfortable, very clean and in a perfect, central location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to accommodate a larger family/group when visiting Aber.

The kitchen was so well equipped to feed a large number of people. Very homely definitely stop again. Very close to everything.

Excellent accommodation in a superb seaside location.

The location was perfect, convenient for beach, take out food and the shops. Also the location to drive to Aberdyfi was very good. I would like to thank Sarah and Jason for accommodating my family in your wonderful home for our short stay by the sea side. Your house was everything we needed in terms of size, convenience, a very good layout, comfortably sleeping us all. We hadn't been anywhere since before the coronavirus pandemic, it made us feel safe and all the children enjoyed there selves so much!! The fire doors and safety within your property were exceptional. I would definitely stay in your home again in the future!! 😊
