Perfect location, loved the off street secure parking for our motorbikes!
This is really minor but the sliding lock on the back door needs replacing! It was very stiff and we struggled to unlock it so in the event of a fire it would be concerning! I would get that replaced! Also, could do with a spatula for the frying pan - Very minor points! Lovely house! It really was!

Everything was so clean and smelled nice. Very cozy and large house. Close to everything.
It was little noisy at night. But thats kind of expected in area of university. If you tire yourself, you cant hear a thing :D

Noisy at night due to location and people walking home etc property provided ear plugs but really affected sleep
