Big apartment lots of space
That were we located without are knowledge until check in, got tub wasn’t very clean had dirty mark all the way around the tub with lots of loose debris, for the price I’d expect the televisions to be more up to date, double bed but to single bed pushed together meaning a big gap in the middle

Charming apartment in great location.
Great location, close to many restaurants, bars and on the water front. It was not Ty Belgrave House - that we booked - but another apartment - next door. It had a lot of character and charm and was clean and spacious. It had stunning view thanks to the huge, floor to ceiling bay window.
On arrival when collecting the key from close by hotel we were told we will stay in different hotel and not Ty Belgrave House. It was a one bedroom apartment and not two bedrooms originally booked by us. The change was not an issue for us, as the apartment was spacious, beautiful, had a lot of character and was virtually in the same building - next door to Ty Belgrave.

Location- seaside view, price, easy access/ transaction process/check in and out, as aways 4 Seasons being accommodating and letting us leave our car at their car park.
The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and modern, well equipped in all the essentials for self catering.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with the director of the Ty Belgrave accommodation.We had booked the Ty Belgrave accommodation and were scheduled to arrive at 3pm.While we were still on the road around 1pm, the director called and informed us that the accommodation was occupied and offered us a single-family room in a hotel with breakfast instead.Due to poor internet connection, communication was difficult, so we agreed to discuss the situation upon our arrival.Just for information Ty Belgrave accommodation is self-catering with sea view.Upon arriving at the Four Seasons Hotel, as been told by manager, we met with the director, who also manages both the Ty Belgrave accommodation and the hotel. He informed us that only one single room on the second floor was available.By the time we arrived, it was already 5pm, and we had a dinner reservation for 7pm to celebrate our daughter’s birthday To avoid spoiling the mood, we decided to inspect the room.To get to that room you need to go lot of stairs because the room was in a loft. The door could not open fully due to the sloped ceiling, and the room itself was very small.Considering we were traveling with our 16-year-old dog, who is ill and barely able to walk, as well as our children aged 17 and 22, it was extremely cramped for four people.Despite being offered a so-called “family room,” it was entirely inadequate for our needs.We refused the room, then we been offered a significantly larger room on the ground floor, even he had said that there was just 1 option available.The director promised a £50 compensation, although in my opinion, at least half of the cost should have been refunded given that the experience ruined our birthday celebration.The room was uncomfortable for four people. Breakfast was ok with limited options, and ultimately, the promised compensation was never provided.In conclusion,the manager was dishonest,and this experience was extremely disappointing.I cannot recommend booking it.

Fantastic, modern and clean
Great location with stunning views! I was expecting something pretty basic but this place was very tidy and modern. The kids loved that there was a dessert caravan right outside! Parking was not an issue.
The stairs weren't fun with 4 large suitcases! But the view made it worth it.

Location, and size - well equipped - a pity we couldn’t enjoy it because of the radiator noise and vibration.
The radiator made a terrible racket every 20 minutes or so for 5 minutes - we could not sleep nor relax. - we tried to turn it off but couldn’t.
We didn’t receive any communication about how to get into the property - had to chase this once we arrived.
The double bed downstairs needs a new mattress, and the pillows are flat

The apartment was really spacious and the location was fabulous. The view from the front room was beautiful and watching the sunset each night was a highlight.Aberystwyth was a great place from which to explore the surrounding area.

Lovely accomodation but...
Parking was not as described. Street parking is limited to 1 or 4 hours and no return.
We received no information about collecting keys. The booking.com pin was not relevant and there was no key save. We had to call the contact number and discovered that we had to collect the keys 2 blocks away from the accomodation.
Our flat was on the 4th floor! We are in our seventies with a dog, and we had to park quite a long way away and carry luggage up to the fourth floor while holding the dog. Had we known this, we would never have booked this accomodation.

Incredible house with breathtaking views

Room allocation with this host is pot luck. Twice I’ve booked a particular property with them - either through booking.com or air bnb - and both times the key offered on arrival has been for a different place. Not the one I’d seen online / thought I’d booked / agreed the advertised price for based on the online info provided.
We also found a dead sparrow (fresh) under the sofa. It had obviously flown in an open window before we arrived. Possibly after the cleaners had visited as the property was clean otherwise
