Excellent customer service and really nice view. They upgraded us to above floor which made the view even better.
Parking at night is easy but it can be difficult to find parking during busy hours on the street.

It was such a lovely location being right on the foreshore. We did have a awkward conversation where they rang to say that we weren’t able to stay there as we had a smashed window but when we checked in and I explained that my mother-in-law was on a trip of a lifetime the room was suddenly available. Maybe they got us confused with somebody else.
Nothing to do with the owners whatsoever, but we woke up on the first morning to find that some partygoers had been sick all over the path as well as our car that obviously lent on it to trying to keep themselves up right. It is a rather noisy area but it’s location is great.
