Cleanliness could have been better, not filthy. However more attention to detail needed, cobwebs, dust, oven dirty and fridge also not clean.

A stunning apartment overlooking the harbour in a lovely seaside town.
The apartment is stunning, the facilities excellent and the view is great. The owner, David, was prompt in regards to communication and was pleasant.
As it's in an apartment you cannot avoid noise from neighbours, such as music from above.

Great place to watch sunsets in a well appointed flat.
Great views of the sea and harbour with easy parking and access to the town. My wife particularly loved the bath whilst looking at the harbour. Highly recommend.

Excellent.
The location was superb, overlooking the harbour. It was an easy walk into town. The property was warm, comfortable and well equipped.
I just have one observation. It would be a good idea for there to be a non slip bath mat in the bath, as the bath itself was very slippery when wet.

Very warm and comfortable apartment,good views across the harbour. Peaceful,close to the town.Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and spacious.Great parking.Good and prompt communication with David. Aberystwyth is a lovely resort,plenty of bars and eateries.We had stormy weather but didn't detract from enjoying our stay.Would return to this property.
Not a dislike,but more cleaning products would be helpful and would benefit having coat hooks especially in wet and wintry conditions.
