Perfectly comfortable weekend with many added extras.

The property was easy to find in a great location. It was perfectly clean with everything which we needed, and much more. It’s been well thought out with everything you would ever need for your stay. It was warm and comfortable, especially the bed with quality bedding and pillows, making for a good nights sleep. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and another display of the owners going above and beyond for a comfortable stay. Many thanks for your hospitality, we had a lovely weekend!

Great position pity about the parking

Position was good and that is what you are paying for. Kitchen lounge very roomy. Bathroom very small shower over bath. Washing machine in bathroom and need to be small to open and close the door to get to it

Parking is not good it is out on the street and they say there is plenty but it is time limited and also very hard to get as full all the time. The apartment is in need of revamp as getting old especially as asking top pound for it.

A great place to stay.

This is a ground floor flat on the seafront with big spacious rooms & contains everything you need for a home from home. The town centre is just round the corner & you're spoilt for choice for places to eat out. The train & bus stations are a short walk away, on the right is the Clifftop Railway & the castle on the left. The Vale of Rheidol heritage railway is nearby too. The flat is clean, cosy & comfortable & we loved it here.

The window looking onto the road needs a blind so guests can choose if they want it open or not. The shower temperature isn't consistent, it goes from just right to freezing then repeats the same until you finish the shower.

Amazing short stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning sunset views!

The location is perfect and the views from the apartment was amazing, especially the sunset! The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything we needed during our short stay! We even had a lovely hamper basket :) Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Would definitely recommend.

The location of the apartment is perfect, right on the beachfront, but also peaceful. The accomodation is spacious and relaxing, with all of the extra bits you'd need if you were spending a few nights (washer/iron etc.). Definitely would stay again and would recommend others to do the same.

The only problem I encountered whilst being here was that the fridge door pocket isn't secured very well on one side, meaning that you can't put anything heavy i.e. a bottle of pop, into the door as it stops the door from closing. I'm aware that this is a hidden problem, and there is also plenty more room in other areas of the fridge for said items.

Great Apartment Close to Everything

Host sent an email prior to arrival and then also called me to check I had received the information. Email was very informative in regards to location of apartment and parking. On arrival there was a welcome hamper which was a lovely touch. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay and was welcoming. Is right on the seafront with great views and short walk to restaurants and points of interest. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous sea escape!

I loved the sea view and the welcome hampers. The owners were really friendly. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The check out time of 10am was a little early for us, but that might be because of Covid regulations.

Comfortable three nights

Apartment was very well situated on the sea front, it had beautiful views of the sea. Well equipped and comfortable. Welcome hamper was a nice touch.

Apartment was very cold but heating was available and adjustable. Open food packets left in cupboards possibly from previous occupants. Some of the kitchen equipment hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Bathrooms needed some attention, mould on grout especially in the shower and on ceiling. No bathroom storage. Damp under master bedroom window.

Luxury Apartment indeed - it was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed, the kitchen was amazing, two bathrooms with good water pressure, comfortable beds and the location was fantastic, right next to the beach.

It was a third floor walk-up and my grandma struggled a little with the stairs - which is obviously not something that can be changed, but a warning would have been useful perhaps.

Great location. Interior decor is superb. Great kitchen. Netflix. Separate bedroom. Washing machine

I have mixed feelings about lodging with no host/front desk. It's efficient and even liberating in a way, but I never connect to such a place like I do when there is a host who is welcoming and helpful. Also there is renovation right now. No noise issue at all but the scaffolding is a little offputting and nobody seems to ever clean the sidewalk. There is a significant dissonance right now between the outside of the building and how very lovely the inside is that frankly did impact my perception.

We knew there was scaffolding up but workman were loud,and noise.we told it still had a sea view, but not told the shelter opposite was rhe centre for the local homeless, so everything we look out the window all we saw was scaffolding, workmen and homeless men

Well located. Apartment was very clean. Welcome pack of a few essentials on arrival. Heating was efficient and the apartment warm.
