The apartment was large and comfortable. Heated. Plenty of space. Snack basket provided + bottle of wine. Nicely Decorated, relaxing.
Plenty of storage space. Plenty of lights to choose from in the living room.
Great location. Plenty to explore.
Plenty of crockery, glasses, utensils, pots, pans provided.

The front door on the outside to street looks shabby. The inside looks so much better.
Major building works in Aberystwyth spoilt our view overlooking the sea. eg we had diggers parked out the front window.
The Large front window needs cleaning. Looked dirty over time.
We had no milk which was supposed to be part of the welcome pack.
Parking was difficult due to building works and the popularity with visitors. Half of the usual parking availability had been restricted along the promenade.
The toilet brush needs replacing.

The location of the property was ideal. The facilities were excellent and the king-size bed one of the most comfortable we have slept in.
Parking is always an issue, especially as there was work being done on the pavements outside the property; however the public car park was only about five minutes walk away and worked well

Apartment was very well situated on the sea front, it had beautiful views of the sea. Well equipped and comfortable. Welcome hamper was a nice touch.
Apartment was very cold but heating was available and adjustable. Open food packets left in cupboards possibly from previous occupants. Some of the kitchen equipment hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Bathrooms needed some attention, mould on grout especially in the shower and on ceiling. No bathroom storage. Damp under master bedroom window.
