The position is exceptional, right on the South Parade sea front so the views were just fabulous.

Outstanding dog friendly apartment with amazing views

Fabulous dog friendly apartment with outstanding views . The apartment is well maintained, very clean and lots of additional extras - binoculars , soundbar on tv, digital radio , modern shower controls and lovely shampoo, tea, coffee, milk and water in the fridge and lots of condiments . Dog friendly beach a few feet away and a lovely outdoor cafe ( the Hut) nearby on the prom

Nothing it was amazing . Just be aware that it’s on the 2nd floor so 30 stairs up Parking was difficult as school holidays but we still managed to get outside the apartment

Stunning location right on the waterfront and close to town

Stunning location right on the waterfront and close to town. The large bay window revealed a constant delight of wave action. The kitchen window looks out on the harbour and you can even see The National Library of Wales. Beautifully clean and well cared for property. Clear instructions and good communication from the owner . Kitchen well stocked with a large freezer too. I was travelling solo but there are two private double bedrooms so two couples could easily stay here. Street parking is available too. Recommend highly.

A wonderful time!

Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea and the river. Comfortably equipped. Very clean. Large wardrobe, spacious chests of drawers. Heating is easy to use, warm. The bed heating function in winter gives a lot of pleasure. Very comfortable beds, clean bedding, beautiful woolen blankets. Tastefully decorated, beautiful old furniture additionally gave character to this place. Large, spacious. Modern shower, wonderful!!! Quiet at night, only the sound of the sea can be heard. A wonderfully equipped kitchen. Everything works perfectly. From salt through oil to milk in the fridge. Books on the shelf plus lots of information about Aberystwyth. Great communication with the owner. Everything is described in detail in the book. The photos do not reflect the charm of this apartment. We will definitely go back there. Thank you Mike.

Exceptional

Lovely apartment, lovely clean and well equipped in the kitchen with all the facilities, the fridge had milk and there was a lovely selection of coffee and tea, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Wonderful towels and comfortable beds. A lovely touch were the binoculars to look out to see from the bay window, something you don't see everywhere. Looking forward to staying again. A memorable and comfortable stay with stunning views.

We loved the location with the fabulous views, especially of the sea from the front windows - saw lots of dolphins! The comfort provided by the big beds and bedding, was excellent; the kitchen was very well appointed with coffee, tea, milk etc. left for us (the kettle was cleverer than we were 😊); bathroom and towels were luxurious too and we had a really lovely stay. We always found parking close by and found Aberystwyth to be a good base for our holiday. Nice beachfront cafés and kiosks and a lively feel. Communication with Mike was very easy and friendly with lots of extra information given and the benefit of local recommendations and knowledge. Thank you!

Just things to consider - the significant number of steps to go up and down to access the apartment and the possibility that in high season it may be harder to get a free parking space nearby when you want it.

Lovely apartment, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very spacious apartment with the most amazing views across Cardigan Bay. Sitting in the bay window watching the sun setting is just the best. Really close to Aberystwyth castle, the beach and the harbour. Brilliant. Btw the photos do not do this amazing apartment justice - it's so much better.

Authentiek en groot, compleet appartement. Het leuke centrum is op loopafstand. Zicht op het strand en de zee, levendig en toch relaxt.
