Enjoy spectacular views over Cardigan Bay from this first-floor apartment located in the South Beach conservation area in Aberystwyth. Take a walk along the promenade, watch the boats coming in and out of the harbour, or enjoy a picnic on the beach, a dip in the clear blue sea and maybe an ice cream or two from the nearby kiosk.
This light and modern apartment is just a 5-minute stroll from the town centre where there is an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and shops, many of which are independent.
Aberystwyth and the surrounding area offers something for everyone and is ideal for families, couples, golfers, surfers, walkers, bird watchers, cyclists or those who simply want a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Places to visit include Constitution Hill and the Cliff Railway, The National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth Arts centre, Rheidol Steam Railway, Devils Bridge, and the beaches at Borth and Ynylas. There is also an 18-hole golf course that welcomes visitors.

There are a number of disabled parking spaces on the Plas Hafan side of the road as well as additional free on-street parking, subject to availability. Additional pay and display parking is also available at the end of the road in front of the harbour
