The flat was very nice, with a wonderful sea view, and well fitted out. The back bedroom was very quiet.
Arrived tired after train cancellations, tried to get the keys in extremely hot, small glass porch, sun blazing in. Instructions said "Please don't press the bottom button as it might block the box" but didn't say what to do if this happened accidently. My husband's fingers slipped putting the number in and caught the bottom button, so we were stuck. We spent 20 minutes trying to contact the owner, finally put through to booking.com who also failed to contact them. Eventually booking.com found info that pressing the bottom button for 3 seconds unblocked it. Why was this info not available for paying guests?! Why did the owner not answer the phone when guests were arriving?

Loved watching the murmuration of the Starlings from the window. Great sea view.
This is a top floor flat and are 6 flights of stairs to the property, we were ok as we had a small bag. Parking is an issue too.
