Excellent location and good size apartment . Especially like that there is a bathroom per room . Clean and comfortable and warm with plenty of piping hot water.

It wasn’t the apartment that we booked on booking.com. Upon check in, we were told that we had a different apartment (we had booked 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), but ended up with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. No explanation as to why and the price was the same? We didn’t question, just wanted to get checked in. Having said that, the apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, and would stay again. Didn’t get chance to try the hot tub, which is shared amongst the apartments. Just confusing why we didn’t get the apartment that we booked.

Nice clean ground floor flat in good location

Close to seafront and town centre, good parking facilities. Nice flat well equipped and ground floor with side access door which was useful

Misled by advert saying it had hot tub it did however it didn't state it was shared with all the flats so we couldn't use it as daughter has autism and extreme anxiety disorder. Discussed with hotel when leaving and given list of accomodation they own on outskirts of town that have own hot tub so will book one of those next time .

Didn’t get the room we booked and was given an inferior alternative.

Good location

I had booked an apartment but got a phone call a few days before our stay to tell me that there was a problem. I was offered a suite in the hotel instead, which given the short notice I had to accept. I was told this had a lounge but upon arrival it was just two adjoining bedrooms with a shared bathroom, which is very different to what we wanted. Very disappointing.

Very enjoyable and stress free stay in an immaculate property

Finished to a very high standard. One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were great. It was easy to find. Checking in and out was no bother. Good off road private parking for the bikes. Nice coffee shop and cafe close by and a stones throw from the sea front.

I cant think of anything I didn’t like about the property.

I was disappointed to pay £250 and end up sleeping on a sofa bed

The decor was nice the location was great and the added breakfasts were good

I booked accommodation with 2 rooms with doubles, the hotel called me a couple of days before arrival to tell me that there was a booking issue with the previous guests and they now needed it for the date that I'd booked. The hotel offered to move me to a different hotel which I was not keen on, they said all they could offer me was an alternative accommodation in the same building but it was a one bedroom and they could add a couple of extra beds, he said the price would still be same which I felt was unreasonable, he then offered to include breakfasts at a different hotel, I reluctantly accepted. When we arrived the bedroom was made up as a twin and the extra beds was a sofa bed in the lounge area. which me and my wife ended up with

Had a really lovely stay with our grandchildren and the apartment contributed to some great memorie.

Loved the layout and the space and the cleanliness of the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped as were the toiletries in the bathrooms. We especially liked the balcony.

The only niggle was that the microwave was not intuitive to use and there were no instructions. However we managed to muddle through. Also the oven took a long long time to get up to temperature.

Great location. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Staff were really lovely and friendly when we went to get the key.

We were in a ground floor apartment, I didn’t like hearing other people coming and going and walking past us; the path to the front door was right next to our bedroom window. I was woken up at 3:30am by people in apartment above coming home.

Very Clean and Comfortable - great location for beach and shopping

(August2025) - The downstairs apartment we had was very roomy modern Kitchen dinner and also TV lounge room - beds were very comfortable (you pick up keys from another Hotel near by 5 min walk) free car parking is available on the street no yellow lines - as well as rear of property). The apartment has gas central heating. Full english Breakfast was very reasonable price £10 - buffet. Overall we were very happy staying in this Apartment - the location is excellent you can walk to the beach and we also walked to the Steam Train station (15 min walk) - just past the Tesco store where we also shopped.

No issues - the apartment is very modern kitchen/shower etc etc - no complaints at all.

space in apartment. location great and fixtures and fittings good quality. washing up liquid dishwasher tablets coffee tea and milk there which was good.

key didnt work in lock and toilet ran all night but we advised the staff at the reception and they are going to sort it out so really not a problem.

Booked Judge's Court - but we weren't able to stay there due to booking mess up

This review is for the Four Seasons - family room (see next section for the reason). A large long room with a double bed taking the first 1/3 area and part separated from the other 2/3 which contained 3 single beds a settee and desk. 3 tv screens should keep everyone happy. We found it clean with friendly helpful housekeeping staff and perfectly adequate for our 1 night stay. Nice large bathroom with good plumbing.

We never got to stay in Judge's Court despite booking and paying for it in full in advance. When we arrived at the Four Seasons Hotel to pick up the key at 3pm we were told "There is a problem with the room" which turned out to be a problem with hotel's administration: the problem was that previous guests had extended their booking on Booking.com for the night that we had booked and paid for but the management "hadn't seen the email" and only found out when cleaners went in that morning to get the appartment ready for our stay. We were offered a family room at the hotel which was clean and had 1 double and 3 single beds in a long room with a large bathroom. Whilst the room was perfectly adequate, we had specifically wanted an apartment as we were being joined by our son (20) who has severe nut allergies so self-catering with separate bedrooms was our preferred option. We were also offered a 2 bed cottage 17m drive from Aberystwyth and offerered to be driven there to view it. But our son needed to be in Aberystwyth for an exam for the next day so we didn't want to stay literally in the middle of nowhere with no idea if the wifi and mobile signals would enable uninterrupted study or that the morning traffic would not cause delays to get to his exam venue in time. We were given a £43 refund in cash but we feel that it didn't really reflect the inconvenience and loss of amenities. Being the height of summer, with only 1 other hotel in Aberystwyth showing availability- a single room for the three of us at a price more than £100 than we had originally paid for Judge's Court 2 bed apartment we felt we had no option but to accept. Notwithstanding the management said that they missed the email from Booking.com with the extension request, it is difficult to understand how, if the previous guests had already requested an extension before we had booked as claimed, Booking.

It was filthy pictures provided to prove this Grease dripping of extractor hood which went in all our freshly cooked food Poor previous repairs made The owner is impossible to deal with Hot tub isn’t accessible from the apartment so you can’t go in it when your kids are in bed it’s on the other side of the complex

Big and spacious, really nicely decorated, felt modern. Location is great as a short walk to the sea front.

Can hear everything from the apartment above. The traditional (original?) windows and front door meant you hear a lot more from the road outside as no double glazing. Front door into the kitchen (rather from the main entrance to apartments isn’t numbered, so new guests tried to get in while we were there thinking it be was the main entrance (does look like it) No hot tub at property as stated.

Superb

The 2 bed 2 bath apartment was on the ground floor at the back of the property so street noise was not an issue. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Location was great easy walk to beach, shops, pubs and good selection of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay oh there is parking on sites, which I love when self driving. Would totally recommend, easy to book and great stay.

If you don't know the area it was very difficult to find, as was the location to pick up the key . I believe we did 3, maybe 4 runs to find the places. Not a good start but an excellent ending.

Pleasant

Only had 2 tea bags and 1 coffee. We had to go out and buy tea and coffee which I wouldn’t expect for a 2 night stay The smoke detector started going off at 3am every 30 seconds. We phoned the following morning and it was eventually sorted at 5pm the following day after 3 chaser calls.

Had to use gravy jug for coffee as there wasn't enough glassware or crockery for 4 guests. Car par extremely tight on space, but there were spaces. Wasn't advised at check-in, or on the listing that there was a hot tub available to guests - only found at as we left
