Spacious appartment. Location good. Fairly modern inside.

Smell of damp. Front door handle broken. Ground floor apartment so everyone can see in through the windows when the blinds are up.. Windows need either privacy sheer roller blinds or privacy film for the glass... it would make a huge difference as nobody needs to have the blinds down during the daytime. The parking situation is not good and its only May. Whats worse is it seems you send people round from your hotel to use our parking! The bays are too tight. Cars these days are too big for them. For our 4 night stay we used the car park twice but only for a few hrs in the morning so as to not get a ticket in the nearby roads so we had to set an early morning alarm just to move the car. Both bedrooms are overlooked by the neighbours or the car park. The picture on Booking.com looked great but the building needs a lick of paint at least. The write up about what's included in the stay isn't accurate or explained tbh as it lists things that arent at the apartments... the jacuzzi and hot tub for example are not included and nor is there a bar on the ground floor?? clearly this only relates to the hotel but isn't explained. Other than that it was good enough for what we needed.

Location is great for the high street, beach and train stations.

Parking was difficult due to lengthy cars making it impossible to pass / turn sufficiently. Gaps in doors caused drafts in the living area. With being the ground floor the main bedroom was in full view of the side path and road as there were no net curtains.

Great location for our needs, clean and tidy. Parking is great but which is tricky as spaces are a tight squeeze. Dishwasher tablets left to use great. Plenty of loo rolls.

From a self catering point of view the kitchen was not too well equipped, saucepans cheap and few. No kitchen roll. Main bathroom is starting with a leak problem behind the loo, informed reception.

We were telephoned by the owner a days before visiting to say he had double booked this property and he could put us in his other hotel ( Four Seasons Budget Hotel )with complimentary breakfast . As we were visiting for a graduation it was too late to make alternative plans. It was in a good location in the centre of town. The staff were helpful that we dealt with.

It was a budget hotel . The mugs had not been washed and our daughters’ room was not very clean. I have since seen in reviews and heard from a former employee of the Hotel that double bookings are common.
