We were upgraded to a different venue upon collection of the keys, we would have preferred to not be on the ground floor, however it was a great place and fully equipped for self catering.
Ground floor and multiple large windows felt a little exposed and it is a busy place so lots of people out and about late on the Wednesday night.

I can't review what we booked because we were moved to another location. This seems to happen a lot at this place. The couple checking in before me had also been moved. Weren't happy and got moved again.
1. Not staying where we booked. And without a choice in the matter
2. Where we were moved to (ty eldeston) was a lovely property but, was noisy, too close to the pavement with secondary glazing, lights didn't work needing new bulbs and the tvs occasional didn't work.
