Lovely apartment and as ever Aberystwyth is a great place.

The location was perfect. The flat had been nicely renovated. Kitchen had good equipment and sharp knives, oven and hob worked well

The property was clean and comfortable, in a great location and we had everything we needed. Paul and Clara were helpful and informative, great communication and recommendations. Our 2 year old loved being so close to the beach

We couldn’t find/figure out how to use the fan in the bathroom. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable

-Couple of things were not working which would have made a difference: towel rail in the bathroom and Hoover. - towels for shower were super small - no shutters or half net curtains at the bay windows which is at road level so not good having an amazing view if you cannot keep the curtains open - I would have liked a couple of extra kitchen pans/plates/ salad bowls and cutlery to make it more user friendly for cooking

Great location

Excellent location on the sea front and not far from the town centre, the apartment is on the ground floor so access was easy and it was a decent size for the three of us and had all the facilities we needed. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely book again.

Location was excellent, clean modern apartment.

Sofa not comfortable, curtains in front window difficult to open n close. Ants in the kitchen area but the spray under the sink reduced this problem.

The view from the apartment, the location, being near to the sea, shops and eating outlets, ease of entry, parking was OK too.

Fabulous location, fabulous sunsets, fabulous stay!

I loved being 'in the front seat' for the spectacular sunsets. It helped that the weather was so brilliant- we took your advice and ate at Mama Fays Caribbean, and walked up Constitution Hill, visited Devil's Bridge and the red kite feeding centre, and enjoyed being on the beach.

Serviceable stay in good location

Like: Location great. Access via key codes easy. Generally clean. Well equipped. Good comms and info sent prior to arrival. For improvement: old tired bath towels; curtains in lounge area need rehanging; main issue was very strong drain/urine smell in bathroom, which was otherwise clean. I did message owner about the strong smell and advised that it needed to be rectified for future guests.

Was supposed to cater for 3 adults the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and also one adult slept on the floor for 3 nights it does not cater for 3 adults for the money there’s plenty of better places to stay will not be returning

A smart little flat just right for a stay near the sea.

Location was fab and the place felt very clean. Great to watch the starling murmuration from the flat with a cup of tea!

Could hear footsteps from the flat above but we had gone to bed early.

Fantastic position to capture sunsets, enjoyable stay despite the roadworks outside!

Good location on the sea front and very close to town centre . The flat is modern and attractive.

Unfortunately the council were working on the road outside the flat the whole time we were staying in the flat, which meant the view of the sea was obscured. There was also work being carried out at the rear of the property every day. We were not informed before hand that this would be happening.

Amazing!!!!!

The property was very clean and warm when arriving. The view was outstanding! The room was very bright with the big windows. Many good food places near by and delivery options. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal. Overall would stay again for a decent price.

When looking to book again I realised that the price was very expensive and I just managed to book on a weekend it was a decent price. The only thing to improve about the apartment would be to have a dustpan and brush.
