Was a great spacious apartment with a great view of the beach a few steps away. Well stocked and comfortable.

Location and views to front of apartment are excellent. Facilities - in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were good and well laid out.

As per my previous message - there was an issue with the door to the balcony which not only didnt lock but was impossible to keep closed hence the improvisation and meant we did not use. I tried contacting the phone number but calls bounced back. Parking is a pain but not your problem at all - we had travelled to location before. _ Minor points for your future use - did not detract from our stay but not sure if you are aware of and would improve the apartment. 1. Only 1 set of keys and no garage key 2. Bathroom door handle very loose, might get locked in? Shower excellent but floor very slippery - possible hand rail - for the elderly, less mobile 3. Kitchen - door to balcony, was not locked on arrival and as per comment above. Fridge - the upper door to ice box was broken and fell down every time you opened fridge door, so you had to hold up to close fridge. 4. Large bedroom (off kitchen) - on opening the slide door of the wardrobe the mirror door came off the runner - managed to put back but didnt use that side again. Possibly highlight the step into the kitchen and have a grab rail for a less mobile person. 5.Second bedroom - bedside table or shelf for convience at night. As I said did not distract from our lovely stay but would have just added those 'final' touches. Thank you and hope to stay again.

Great location with terrific views of the ocean. It's an only short stroll into the town centre where the plenty of decent restaurants and bars to choose from.

The apartment is in an amazing location with a front window overlooking the beach with a dining table set up so you can sit and eat while watching the waves which was so nice. The hosts were great, and resolved a minor issue we had very quickly. Well appointed with comfortable furniture and fully appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Lots of food options not far from the property and a big Tesco just a few minutes walk for picking up supplies. Having the old castle at the end of the row of houses the property is on was also nice as the walk through the grounds into town each day made for a lovely setting. Rain shower in the bathroom is a nice touch too and the overall decorative standard of the property is very appealing.

couple of maintenance items in the flat could do with attention such as loose door handles and window seals which were drafty - not an issue in summer but could be cold in winter. Wifi is very slow though that could possibly be to do with the fact that it was a stormy period while we were at the flat and the wifi runs off the mobile data network so got interrupted by the storm. Entrance hall to the apartment block could do with some attention.

Everything was lovely! So much space and really lovely view of the sea and the sunsets are amazing. Perfect for a work trip, was a lovely place to come back to at night and was really close to restaurants and bars too :)

Only wish there was more of a couple items, eg. Sugar for coffee, tea and things like that, but otherwise everything was provided thank you :)

The apartment itself is modern, has everything you could need for a holiday stay and is really big and spacious. Main bedroom was really nicely laid out and bed was very comfortable. (As there were only 2 of us we did not use the second bedroom but that also was laid out lovely). Comfortable egg swig chair in the window, overlooking the beach/sea, great views. Located in the perfect location for all attractions and the front gets really busy with cars so an added bonus that a garage is provided at the rear of the apartment for the duration of the stay. The garage was big enough to fit a large 4x4 and still have space to unload the bags etc.

Great location. All very clean. Really nice shower and comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Really good arrival instructions and check in process with great recommendationsfor cafe and restaurants. Plenty of towels and bedding.

We couldn't see out the window to the sea view because the double glazing has blown and the condensation obscured the view when seated at the diningtable or sofa. This was very disappointing because it was the main reason we chose the apartment. The sofa and dining room chairs were not very comfortable.

Fantastic location on the sea front and close to town. Nice to have two decent sized bedrooms and large lounge. Largest bedroom was like an extra apartment with two windows.

No light above dining space so impossible to eat dinner as was very dark. Would have been nice to have comfy seating in the front bay for wave watching. Kitchen space wasn’t well thought out with cupboards opening wrong way making it tricky to get crockery out. Largest bedroom needs a chest of drawers or surface of some kind with mirror, also the heating in this room didn’t really work which meant it was very cold.

Great location close to the harbour, beach and town. Free parking. Clean, modern apartment. Would stay again

Convenient location, with sea views from the sitting room. Comfortable bed, everything very clean. Though it’s obviously been set up as a rental, it had nice touches, like interesting pictures on the wall. Good kitchen, with decent quality appliances. Though there was a little noise from the upstairs apartment this wasn’t obtrusive, and wasn’t at unreasonable hours. I quite enjoyed hearing the faint chiming of their clock!

We didn’t use the garage, as there was parking on the road outside. If we had needed it, it’s a bit of a walk round the corner to the road behind. The balcony is actually rear facing in a narrow space between buildings.

I enjoy looking at the beach from the window.

You need a chair and desk more like a dressing table for ladies to make-up. Besides that, everything else was great.

It was a lovely apartment, absolutely spotless plus it had a garage to keep your car in which is priceless in aberystwyth.

The flat was very well equipped. Location was very good. The owner responded quickly to the queries we had.

The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were first class.

The lounge room had mini wobbly dining table and hard small chairs and bench seating. The sofa bed was uncomfortable as a lounge sofa. Only really seated 3. The tv faced the window so had reflection. Garage door would not open. Had to wait 3 hours for handyman to open. Always had to wait for return call when contacting the owner. No instructions as to how to open lock for keys once code had been put in.

The apartment is light, airy, spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. The shower is excellent. The views are spectacular, we saw dolphins both mornings, and to just cross the road to the beach was perfect with a great coffee hut.

Really really loved the location - outstanding. Everything needed was provided at a very high level.

The only downside was that the windows looking out on such a beautiful view weren't clean. This ruined photos and clarity of view.

Well what can I say this place is an amazing perfect break away for us and the dog ... The apartment is very clean, stunning views literally beach on the door step. Everything is modern and working as it should. The host was really nice and helpful I literally have nothing bad to say it was perfect and missing the view now we back home
