Very clean and in an excellent location. The sunsets from the lounge were wonderful. The space is large and comfortable.

Location was great and having the garage to use for parking was ideal as finding parking in Aberystwyth can be difficult.
Upstairs resident was quite noisy coming in and out of their flat a number of times well into the early hours of the morning but it was a Saturday night.

This apartment is huge! It was just me and the dog but could easily have 2 couples in there or a family. The stunning sea view, right on South beach was lovely enjoying a coffee in the morning in the window.
There's not much to say here, umm... It was really warm when I arrived. But I just turned the thermo stat down. Is that really an issue though, haha

Location and views to front of apartment are excellent.
Facilities - in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were good and well laid out.
As per my previous message - there was an issue with the door to the balcony which not only didnt lock but was impossible to keep closed hence the improvisation and meant we did not use. I tried contacting the phone number but calls bounced back.
Parking is a pain but not your problem at all - we had travelled to location before.
_ Minor points for your future use - did not detract from our stay but not sure if you are aware of and would improve the apartment.
1. Only 1 set of keys and no garage key
2. Bathroom door handle very loose, might get locked in?
Shower excellent but floor very slippery - possible hand rail - for the elderly, less mobile
3. Kitchen - door to balcony, was not locked on arrival and as per comment above.
Fridge - the upper door to ice box was broken and fell down every time you opened fridge door, so you had to hold up to close fridge.
4. Large bedroom (off kitchen) - on opening the slide door of the wardrobe the mirror door came off the runner - managed to put back but didnt use that side again.
Possibly highlight the step into the kitchen and have a grab rail for a less mobile person.
5.Second bedroom - bedside table or shelf for convience at night.
As I said did not distract from our lovely stay but would have just added those 'final' touches.
