The accommodation was great and very comfortable in a beautiful location.
The owner/manager needs to work on how he talks to his staff members. He was shouting and screaming at a member of staff when we were checking in at reception. Not a good look and start to our stay.... I felt sorry for the receptionist.

The location was great and clean and comfortable , quite well managed
Heating boiler wasn't keeping pressure but informed staff that it needed looking at and one of the windows wouldnt close fully

Excellent location, just a short walk into Aberystwyth centre. Secure parking at the rear of the property. Rooms were spacious with a large comfy bed. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. There is a large separate lounge and a well appointed kitchen with pretty much everything you could want supplied.

Very poor communication about the location of the property, not to mention that the property has a completely different name to the one advertised. Promised parking did not eventuate as the carpark was occupied with tradesman vans, and I was forced to use a parking station, which was inconvenient, and expensive.
