Communication was poor. I received no response when I asked about the parking, both via email and through bookings.com. When we eventually arrived, we found out the parking was about a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
We thought we had picked up the keys but found out from another guest that we needed additional keys and a pin to get into the apartment.
The apartment we stayed in was not the one we booked, and this seems to be normal according to another family who have been there on multiple occasions.
The single bed was near the stairs with a window that had no curtains, so my child struggled to sleep in it. The double bed was uncomfortable, and every time we moved, we woke the other person.

Location was amazing
The windows wouldn’t open. Would have been nice to have some fresh air.
Very noisy during the early hours but you expect that as it’s very central in town and by pubs/bars.

The location was amazing. Probably the best in the town.
Finishing touches in the apartment wernt great. Little things. The shower head kept falling down. No WiFi. TV's didn't work and 50 minutes before book in we were phoned and asked to move 10 minutes away by car.
