NEXT TO AN ABANDONED BUILDING and HOT TUB IS SHARED — SO DIRTY, dried food in the sink, clean washing in the dishwasher not put away, dust on the heating rails in bathroom, limescale on shower. stains on the furniture, dead flies and vapes in the bottom of hot tub

The Apartment was really nice, i like the modern look and it made you feel you was at home. My partner and Daughter loved the apartment that we decided to stay in and enjoy the view.

The parking was stress full, i think the council should allow 24hr pass service for anyone who is booking the apartment at see front. I am worried if i will received a fine.

Perfect

I love apartment 3. I have stayed with company here and on my own. Not the first time I have stayed here and would not dream of staying anywhere else while visiting Aberystwyth. The hot tub access being just around the corner and though the adjoining building has never been a issue for me. The Hot tub is absolutely fantastic. I have never seen a hot tub that big. Plenty of space inside. The apartment is absolutely perfect, everything inside it required for a very comfortable stayed. One bedroom facing the sea and the other facing the back of the building (hot tub side). The onsuite bathrooms are to a high standard. Lovely showers. The WiFi is great, no issues at all with it. I just park in the car park close to where the keys are collected from. £17 for 7 days I think it was, which is fantastic. The staff on the desk at the 'Four Seasons hotel' (which is were key collection is from) are great. Always helpful and friendly.

Pretty Awful

Decent looking apparent, shame it's incorrectly advertised

No terrace & no hot tub (despite advertised as having both). There is a hot tub to the rear of ANOTHER building on a different street adjacent to a building site. But this is advertised as a self contained apartment, no note whatsoever that facilitates advertised are elsewhere & very much NOT in the apartment. We could hardly send the kids off on their own to another building on a different street! All complaints went completely unanswered. no private parking, again said it did have this on the booking. Very noisy from outside street noise made one bedroom unusable.

Lovely accommodation on the sea front. Everything is exceptionally clean and new. Was perfect for our stay.

could have done with some advice for check in/out (we had to call the contact number), instruction for appliances/local amenities, information on parking (still don’t actually know where that was - out front is 1 hour only 9am-6pm which would have been helpful to know)

A peaceful, cosy, home away from home.

We absolutely loved this stay!! It was our first time in Aberystwyth, I had researched things to do and see whilst there and the apartment was so central to everything we wanted to do! The Cliff Railway is literally at the end of the road. It's in the town centre but still so peaceful and quiet. Plenty of pubs, bars and shops. The apartment itself was so, so beautifully finished and cosy. We didn't have great weather during our stay (storm Dudley!) but I was so fine with staying in, looking out at the stunning sea view. We were also treated with a huge murmuration of starling right outside, another first for both of us and it was amazing! We actually totally forgot breakfast was included so didn't end up having one, we just enjoyed making our own in the apartment, it was so homely and I just absolutely loved sitting at the table looking out at the sea. All in all, an amazing stay.

Nothing at all. The only thing I would mention is that the advert mentions a hot tub but be mindful that it is a communal one. Also our booking advertised a bath and there wasn't one in our room which left me a little disappointed as it looked sooo good ha! But honestly everything else was perfect, definitely recommend!!
