The staff were unfriendly before our stay, which made the experience stressful and far less enjoyable than anticipated. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism created an uncomfortable atmosphere, detracting significantly from what should have been a relaxing and pleasant visit.

Great location on the seafront, close to restaurants, shops & takeaways. Modern apartment, very clean and also had WIFI and netflix which was great. Nice touch having teas, coffee & milk available. We had a lovely stay this weekend & was so lovely that it was a dog friendly stay. Would highly recommend.

The location

The extractor fan didn't work while cooking so the fire alarm went off. We were not told and were unsure where to get the keys from as it was a separate building. All in all could have been better.

THE SHARED HOT TUB/RUBBISH DUMP TERRACE IS IN ANOTHER BUILDING DOWN 4 SETS OF STAIRS!!!

The apartment is nice

The hot tub is shared and in another building altogether. I raised this with the owner and booking.com. sadly, it is still bring advertised in this way by both parties. Hence the 1* star review. It would have been higher had they taken on board my comments. Formal complaint to book.com now for false advertising

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! Perfect location as well.

The only little thing that we were a little surprised about was the lack of hand wash / soap in the bathroom as they are usually provided.

originally booked to stay and they changed when we arrived . no clue how yo check in and shown to the newer apartment by a member of staff in the car ! there was no car park on site at all luckily the council car park was out of action

Great sea views, but management of rooms needs improvement

Modern, contemporary and spacious. Great sea view.

Lots of steps to reach the top floor. Lose fascia board outside on dormer window flapping making unacceptable level of noise. Rooms managed by neighbouring hotel, short walk away. Not obvious and steps to obtain keys could be clearer. It took us 90 mins to get checked in and settled as we had to decamp to another property (due to noise) further down the promenade. Another top floor property decorated to a high standard but inconvenienced by the fact we had to hand ball our luggage between the two properties and the management hotel which was hard work. Customer service could have been better.

Could have been epic

Living area was well appointed with comfy furniture, the view was fantastic.

We had to walk 2 streets to collect the apartment keys, the receptionist insisted on us returning the keys 30 mins before appointed checkout time. On arrival the entrance hallway was stackedwith rubbish bags. There were several laundry bags and a hoover piled up dangerously on the landing, restricting safe access to a very steep spiral stairwell. The shower sprayed ice cold water from the nob therefore rendering it useless unless it was used for torture. And the bathroom radiator was broken. The hottub advertised was in a separate building around the corner.

It was advertised as hot tub which we didnt have, there was pool and jacuzzi but we couldn't get in
