Property was very well presented - stayed a nimber of times before

Basin was very slow draining and blind in the bedroom was broken

Host cancelled at last minute.horrible communication

We could not access the property. Despite having a confirmation number and PIN Drom booking when we went to pick up the key they told us the reservation had been cancelled. They tried to get us to stay in a less appealing building. We declined. No explanation nothing. Booking.com was NO HELP at all! We found alternate accommodations which were lovely.

Could not stay there. They cancelled our reservation with no explanation.

We didn’t leave the apartment as was enjoying it too much!!

Amazing property, advertised as a 1 bedroom but we had 2!! Large lounge, fully fitted kitchen, clean, everything you could need so pretty much perfect!

Parking… was told parking would not be a problem as there was a car park round back but it was full so had to risk street parking, which is limited and at risk of tickets!

The place to stay...loved it!

We had a beautiful ground floor apartment in a beautiful building. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was huge and very comfy. The living room area was a good size and very comfortable and the apartment was nice and toasty when we arrived. You couldn't beat the location and private parking also.

This day and age you should always have sockets both sides of the bed, if sockets are not available due to the original design/build of the room then stick in an extension lead. Extension lead required on right hand side of the bed. The people in the apartment above the bedroom can be heard quite clearly as the floorboards are old and creaky. This can not be helped due to the age of the building but maybe people who check into that apartment should be informed that the below room can hear them so to keep the noise down. We had a child above us who sounded like they were doing the zoomies for about 3 hs 😂 thankfully they stopped by about 10pm.

Had a great stay but a little pricey considering what was on offer.

No Wi-Fi. Bedroom tv didn’t work. It was advertised as having a washing machine and 2 bathrooms but didn’t. Bed was ok but felt like 2 singles pushed together.

Expensive stay in average accomodation

Location was good close to centre and apartment appeared to be quite modern

Bed had not been changed from previous guests so we had to call hotel at 11pm for someone to come and change it as there was a stain and hairs on the sheets. The next day we found nail clippings on the sink in the bathroom so looked like the apartment had not been cleaned properly at all. Mattress not very comfortable. Given the price we paid i would expect the quality to be a lot higher

Fabulous

Without warning we were upgraded from the 1 bed ground floor apartment we had booked to the 3 bed first floor apartment with a balcony. The place was so beautiful, spacious, clean, modern but with lovely details to the building. The extra space was a real luxury and spending time relaxing in the lounge with the doors opened onto the balcony was great and unexpected. The kitchen had all the equipment you need, plently of towels in the bathroom and toiletries to use if needed. Will definitely be coming again! We cannot praise this place enough!

The bed matrasses were rather lumpy and had noisy springs. Not very comfortable.

I would have been better off staying at home.

The flat itself was nice, but we couldn't sleep well in it.

Noise from flat above was appalling. I could not sleep with the banging and bumping on the ceiling. People shouting at each other and arguing . I had to phone the host at 2am and was going to phone the Police because I was worried that someone was being attacked. I asked the host for some compensation and he explained that it is not his fault that the upstairs occupants were so noisy. The flats were advertised as luxury, soundproofed apartments but we did not sleep and it was a birthday getaway from it all after a long period of mental ill health. I came home exhausted and anxious.

It was a pity that I had to buy washing up liquid & something to wash up with . An oven glove & colander would have been useful too. Considering the expensive fittings, this was a cheap omission.

A very enjoyable stay.

Very happy with the property and the location, we have stayed on three previous occasions, which should indicate how we feel about the property.

I have mentioned this directly to the owners, but I’m concerned at the lack of rubber mat for the shower/bath. I’m hoping that next time we visit, this will have been rectified.

Sadly we didn't get the flat we booked and were not informed that we had been moved until we booked in. The alternative we were allocated was OK but in a noisy part of town and up steep stairs. Not what we had expected.

location. good size as we stayed in different apartment as the one we booked was not available. however we were originally given a completely different accommodation and told it was an upgrade but it clearly wasn’t. Honestly should be upmost. I had to insist I wanted to stay at the location we had booked but all worked out ok in the end.

needed more cutlery that matched as it was a high end accommodation. eg. only 4 knives for accommodation that could sleep 6. inventory should be checked regularly.

No tea towel to dry up, all cups were dirty, bed was 2 cheap single beds put together, uncomfortable mattress, no batteries in tv remote in front room. Not worth the money for what it is
