Aberystwyth revisit.

Location and parking were handy for town and the caravan was fine in itself.

On arrival, it was apparent the toilet was rather blocked, I called the proprietor who promptly sent out a plumber, turned out the drain was blocked from the adjoining caravans. It didn't affect us much. We then realised the heating wasn't working so I had to call again. This time the guy at the other end tried to talk me through the controls and boiler etc, he became a tad frustrated with me, which made me raise an eyebrow as I'm used to offering great customer service in my own occupation. Anyway, he called out his plumber again and it couldn't be fixed, so they left a heater on in the van instead. It detracted a bit from our evening, but we had a great time so nothing major in the grand scheme of things. He did forget to apologise, but I would stay there again 😄

Enjoyable and just what we needed

I love the holiday park and have stayed in some other caravans over the years. This caravan was perfect for myself and 2 teenagers.

Lovely views - basic - has what is needed and good quality for the money

Really easy - we have a detailed text 3 hours before check in time given clear instructions on locating the holiday home and the key code.

Mattress was very hard - but that is my personal taste. - oven could do with a good clean - but we didn’t need to use it. Non of these issues would prevent us from going back there.

Useful spot in Aberystwyth when dropping/collecting university students.

This is a nice little caravan with comfortable beds and quite roomy. Good views of Aberystwyth University.

Unfortunately the bin contained rubbish from the previous tenant. The stove was greasy. There were stones (from the beach?) on the carpeted area. Bedrooms, kitchen (apart from stove) all clean. I’ve stayed here before and been very happy- suspect cleaner cutting corners.

Lovely clean Caravan for a break

Lovely clean caravan with everything you need for a seaside holiday. Beds were comfortable, and having two doors to the toilet was a good idea. Caravan, a bit high up on a steep hill with steps down to the reception and facilities -so good for the able, but not the disabled. A lovely break by the seaside in a good decent caravan.

Be aware this caravan is situated high on a hill with considerable steep steps down to the reception and park entrance. Not for disabled use or access for disabled.

Advertised as 2 bathrooms, which is why I booked it. It is not. 1 room had a toilet & sink 1 room had a shower & sink We required 2 separate toilets. This needs to be made clearer.

Very clean, spacious and cosy cabin. Shower is great. Short walk to the town centre and has great views. Host is kind and responsive, provided clear instructions on how to get to the cabin.

Great for a night or two., fun caravan park experience.

It was as advertised, 2 bedroom,one private toilet and a separate shower room. The 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom is a very tight fit. Cosy warm cabin.

The on site heated swimming pool was only open from 2:30 - 5:30. Very disappointed we could not use it.

Lovely stay close to town

Great location, great facilities. Brightly decorated van, nice homely feel. Great views with a good view of the steam railway🚂 We all had a lovely time 🥰

Great location

Great communication from host including step by step clear details to find the mobile home. Convenient parking space next to the mobile home so not far to carry luggage. It was clean and spacious, a surprise selection of dvds which we weren't expecting. Reliable WiFi. Great location, a short walk into the main town as well as facilities on site.

A bit remote, but not a problem as we were able to cook & store food in the fridge. Bedrooms would benefit from a "block out blind". Sun came I through the curtains at 530am

Very well equipped caravan, makes you feel at home, children loved PS4. Swimming pool on site is a nice bonus. Location of the holiday village. Value for money

Liked that is was clean,

Mattress on sofa bed was to thin, can't say you have a sofa bed and then the Mattress be that thin, Electric kept going when boiling kettle, nothing else on Woken to no Electric Was cold as the heats went off Don't say you have a sofa bed if it's not one with a better mattress

Sängarna helt katastrofala, finns ingen bäddmadrass så vi fick fjädrarna rätt in i ryggraden, sömnen blev ju tyvärr minimal.
