Location, comfy beds, access the kitchen

No wi-fi access; no basic condiments, no tea/towel, no plug, an ironing board with legs, access to washing machines. Shower wasn’t clean. Access was difficult at night.

Location-central

It was dirty, the walls have not been panted for s long time, they were full of stains. The door at the master bedroom did not close so you could hear all the noise from outside. You cannot enter the balcony because is full of birds shit.

This apartament needs SERIOUS RENOVATION. We paid 100€. The walls were dirty. The whole apartament STINKS ( humidity and sewage from the kitchen ). We had to find another accommodation at 23:00 in the night. The kitchen has a balcony. The view is hideous. They shouldn’t allow tourists to have acces on this balcony. The washing mashing is on the balcony. See photos below

There was no hot water, and there was no heating in the apartment. Completely unacceptable.

General maintenance to the property should have been addressed. Not the owners fault but it was very noisy the three nights we were there from outsiders.

the apartment has many pros but bigger cons!

The location of the apartment is the best! you are in the heart of the city, but still in a quiet place. there are so many aesthetic cafes around literally and i mean it, two steps away from the house. WI-Fi also worked great. the bedrooms were fine. the linens and towels were perfectly clean.

kitchen was basically unusable. so the house has three balconies, two for bedrooms and one for kitchen. While the bedroom balconies were great and looked out on the main street, the kitchen balcony was a disaster! it looked out on some closed space with open sky and there were pigeons everywhere! there was pigeon blood and heads scattered and the alive ones sat on the balcony and looked kind of dazed. even though the balcony door was closed, there are no curtains and you could see everything. granted, we didn't go into the kitchen at all because of that! I could not even take the pictures of it because I got so scared of all the diseases there might have been that I could not go out there the second time. I recommend to the owner filling the door there because it is seriously worrying and dangerous. another thing was that the couch in the living room was broken and you couldn't sit on it.

We are not satisfied with the accommodation on 22.09. in OPL Executive Apartment because: There was No elevator, the flat was located on the third floor and not on the first as advertised, the kitchen sink was clogged, it was very noisy outside and most importantly - the internet did not work neither with the name and password you sent me nor the one stuck inside the front door! Too bad for the same price, like that of Hotel Mandrino !!!

Very good location, right in the old center of the city, paid parking a 2-minute walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious. If you want to visit Thessaloniki for a few days and you have children, I recommend the apartment.

The window from the kitchen overlooks an inner courtyard where there are air conditioners from the restaurants.

Downside is the elevator does not stop on the first floor (there is also a mezzanine floor) which makes it hard to go up with a big heavy suitcase.

On week-ends there can be noice from people passing by after a night out when in the main bedrooms,the sofa bed in the middle of the flat is in a more quiet place.Some of the window handles are a bit outdated and need refurbishment
