The accommodation looks nice, but only at first glance!

Disappointing experience. There was a strange smell in the apartment. We stayed for two nights, and both nights were noisy – you could hear every footstep in the building, the elevator moving, and doors opening and closing. The shower didn’t work, so we had to use a hose to bathe. There was dust everywhere – it seemed like the apartment hadn’t been cleaned since it was renovated. Definitely not what we expected.

New studios ,There is much to be desired....

The studio was big and new.Easy to find it.Easy to check in. No any problem to find the kee. Comfortable beds. The idea of the studio and its interior layout is good and ınteresting in contrast to the execution.

Hygiene is not at a good level. It needs to improve a lot. Everything is made with rather cheap and low-quality materials, especially showers and faucets in the bathroom... Really poor quality and higyene....In the description of the room in the reservation it says that it has a balcony, so it seems from some photos. In fact, this room did not have a balcony. When I spoke on the phone, which is left for contact in Booking, instead of apologizing for the error in the description, they explained that I had booked this exact room without a balcony and it had large windows... :( I had also asked for the sofa bed to be prepared for sleeping. This was done, but only sheets without a duvet were left. I wrote and called repeatedly. The first night I was wrapped only in a sheet, and for the second a blanket was left in a bag next to the hole, as if reluctantly...

New studio, Quite more clean the on my previous stay....

Second stay and second time same problems. First, they confirm the confirm the room with the balcony and then finally you stai in the room without balcony. Then, the second time sofa bed is not ready for for sleeping even I send a lot of messages asking for that. This time was no sheets for sofa bed and at the first night isleept without....They leave only blankets and pillows for a sofa bed but no bed sheets... So hard to explain what I need....Finally on the second night I had full set of sheets and coverlet....Nobody answered at the phone the first night, and at the message I send of corse....

The apartment has an oven and an electric stove, but there is not a single frying pan or pot :) but the biggest problem was during check-in: the administration did not send instructions for check-in, where to get the keys, and so on. We arrived exactly at 15-00 at the specified address and waited 40 minutes for instructions and codes. The administration did not answer the phone all this time. that is, they delayed check-in for almost an hour and we sat in the entrance.

Αισχος. Απαραιτήτως υγειονομικός έλεγχος.

Τιποτα. Και να υπήρχε κάτι που μας άρεσε , η μυρωδιά του ήταν ανθυγιεινή.

Κυνηγι θησαυρού! Ειχε οσμη ξεχασμένων σκουπιδιών/ βρασμενου μπροκολου. Κοιμηθηκαμε φλεβαρη μηνα, με παράθυρα ορθανοιχτα!!!! ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ! Το χειρότερο είναι ότι δεν το παραδέχονται ούτε ενδιαφέρονται να το διορθώσουν. Όπως προκύπτει κ απο αλλες κριτικές βλέπουμε , αναφέρεται παρόμοια περιγραφή χωρίς καμία βελτίωση από πλευράς του καταλύματος! Ο καναπές για τον υπνο ειχε σπασμένο μπράτσο. Τρίχες παντού. Κρεμάστρα μια προς δειγματισμό μάλλον! Η κουρτίνα στο υπνοδωμάτιο μισοξεκρεμαστη! Τι αλλο να πούμε;;; Καμία σχέση οι φωτογραφίες με την πραγματικότητα. Κρίμα που στη βαθμολογία δεν υπάρχει 0 ή -1 για να είμαστε πιο σαφείς! Και μην απαντήσετε τυποποιημένα για το πόσο δήθεν λυπάστε για τη δυσάρεστη εμπειρία μας…Αν όντως συνέβαινε αυτό, θα είχατε ήδη κάνει κατι να το διορθώσετε όπως φαίνεται και στις υπόλοιπες κριτικές που έχετε πάρει και εντοπίζεται το ίδιο άλυτο πρόβλημα.

Δεν ήταν αυτό που περίμενα.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στο Κέντρο. Απέναντι υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο Super Market (Σκλαβενίτης) και δίπλα στάση του Μετρό. Τριγύρω βρίσκονται πολλά καταστήματα, όπως φούρνοι, καφέ, ψητοπωλεία, ζαχαροπλαστεία, κτλ. Στο επόμενο στενό βρίσκεται η οδός Μοναστηρίου, στην οποία βρίσκονται αρκετά μαγαζιά με στρατιωτικά είδη.

Δεν μου άρεσε η διαρρύθμιση του διαμερίσματος και ότι δεν είχε ένα τραπέζι, για να μπορώ να κάνω κάποια δουλειά με το labtop ή να φάω σαν άνθρωπος. Υπήρχε μόνο ένα κλιματιστικό, το οποίο δεν επαρκούσε για να ζεστάνει όλο τον χώρο. Όταν άνοιγες τον διακόπτη της τουαλέτας, ενεργοποιούνταν, αυτόματα, ένας μικρός ανεμιστήρας, ο οποίος βρισκόταν στην οροφή και παρήγαγε έναν ενοχλητικό θόρυβο. Το τηλέφωνο του ντους δεν είχε πίεση και το νερό κρύωνε, μετά από κάποια λεπτά. Τέλος, η τηλεόραση έπιανε μόνο ΕΡΤ1.

Δεν το συνιστώ για χώρο διαμονής.

Το μόνο που άξιζε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι η τοποθεσία ότι είναι όλα κοντά.

Παλαιό κτήριο με παλαιά ασανσέρ που είναι λίγο τρομαχτικό. Σαν δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά βρόμικο είχε τρίχες και σκόνη παντού σαν άνθρωπος με αλλεργίες με δυσκόλεψε πάρα πολύ. Ήμασταν δύο άτομα για δυο μέρες μας άφησαν ένα χαρτί τουαλέτας. Είχαμε μόνο ένα παπλωματάκι λεπτό αν κρυώνεις δεν έχεις να σκεπαστείς. Το κλιματιστικό είναι μικρό για αυτό το δωμάτιο αργεί πάρα πολύ να το καλύψει μέχρι να γίνει αυτό έχεις παγώσει από το κρύο. Το μπάνιο βρόμικο , μύριζε πάρα πολύ άσχημα το φρεάτιο και ο αεραγωγός που έχει το μπάνιο ήταν μαύρος από την σκόνη.

Είχαμε μεγάλο πρόβλημα με την επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη , το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν μούσκεμα , πήρα τηλ και με κορόιδευαν πως θα ρθει άνθρωπος να διόρθωση το πρόβλημα , τελικά μετά από 15 τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις ήρθε μια κυρία μετά από δύο ώρες περίπου , ο οικοδεσπότης μου έλεγε επι μια ώρα ότι βρίσκεται στην διπλανή πολυκατοικία και τελικά ήρθε δύο ώρες μετά . Δεν είχε ποτήρια , πιρούνια , σφουγγάρι και άλλα είδη πρώτης αναγκης

Χάλια ήταν

Έφτασα στη Θεσσαλονίκη στις 15:00 της 3/10/2025 και εισήλθα στο διαμέρισμα στις 15:40. Από εκείνη τη στιγμή ξεκίνησε ένας πραγματικός Γολγοθάς. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση: μύριζε έντονα μούχλα, σε βαθμό που δεν μπορούσες να αναπνεύσεις, η τηλεόραση ήταν χαλασμένη, η ντουζιέρα σκουριασμένη και το κρεβάτι σε τόσο κακή κατάσταση που ήταν αδύνατο να ξαπλώσεις. Επικοινώνησα άμεσα μαζί τους και, μετά από πολλές ώρες, μου άλλαξαν διαμέρισμα στις 00:40 τα μεσάνυχτα, σε άλλο κτίριο επί της οδού Βάκχου 1. Η πολυκατοικία αυτή ήταν εγκαταλελειμμένη, βρώμικη και επικίνδυνη. Το ασανσέρ δεν λειτουργούσε, με αποτέλεσμα να ανεβώ με τα πόδια ως τον 6ο όροφο. Το νέο δωμάτιο ήταν εξίσου απαράδεκτο: ανυπόφορη δυσοσμία, βρωμιά, τηλεόραση εκτός λειτουργίας, στρώμα γεμάτο τρίχες και λεκέδες, ντουζιέρα χαλασμένη, τηλέφωνο που δεν λειτουργούσε, και σκουριασμένα εξαρτήματα. Τους κάλεσα ξανά, χωρίς να απαντήσει κανείς. Την επόμενη ημέρα (Παρασκευή) επικοινώνησα εκ νέου, καθώς το δωμάτιο είχε πλημμυρίσει από τα λύματα του μπάνιου. Το πάτωμα ήταν πλημμυρισμένο με νερά και ακαθαρσίες. Μετά από πολλές ώρες επικοινωνίας, έστειλαν κάποιον για να καθαρίσει πρόχειρα. Ζήτησα άμεση επιστροφή των χρημάτων και να αποχωρήσω, αλλά αρνήθηκαν κατηγορηματικά. Τα διαμερίσματα που παρέχουν είναι αισχρά, ανθυγιεινά, επικίνδυνα και εντελώς ακατάλληλα για φιλοξενία ανθρώπων. Δεν υπάρχει καμία πρόβλεψη πυρασφάλειας, ούτε στοιχειώδης ασφάλεια για τον επισκέπτη. Πρόκειται για σοβαρή παραβίαση υγειονομικών και καταναλωτικών κανόνων, και θα προβώ σε κάθε νόμιμη ενέργεια για να καταγγείλω την κατάσταση αυτή στις αρμόδιες αρχές.

Καθαριότητα κάτω του μετρίου

Μείναμε δύο μέρες. Δεν ξέρω σε τι κατάσταση ήταν τα άλλα δωμάτια της εταιρείας στο ίδιο κτίριο. Στο δικό μας πάντως, το νούμερο 8, η καθαριότητα ήταν κάτω του μετρίου, ειδικά στο μπάνιο που ακόμα είχε τρίχες απ'τους προηγούμενους, χρησιμοποιημένο μπουκαλάκι του σαμπουάν αλλά και γενικά στο δωμάτιο όλο. Η βρύση στο μπάνιο σπασμένη στο σημείο που πιάνεις για να την ανοίξεις (πόσο κοστίζει μία βρύση...). Επίσης είχε μια αφόρητη μυρωδιά που μάλλον έβγαινε από τα σιφώνια του μπάνιου, σίγουρα κάτι πρέπει να γίνει. Όπως και να χει, το κόστος ενός δωματίου μπορεί να διαφέρει και να βρει κάποιος αρκετά φθηνό έως και πολύ ακριβό, το θέμα όμως της καθαριότητας δε νομίζω ότι πάει ανάλογα την τιμή που πληρώνει κάποιος, πρέπει να είναι παντού πολύ καθαρά. Δε θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Αισθάνθηκα ότι μεταφέρθηκα στην Ελλάδα του 1990!

Μία από τις χειρότερες, αν όχι η χειρότερη εμπειρία ταξιδιού! Πραγματικά από τα χειρότερα διαμερίσματα όχι μόνο της Θεσσαλονίκης αλλά και ολόκληρης της χώρας! Διαμερίσματα που αν δεν τα δώσει μια κατεδάφιση, τα σώζει μόνο μια γενναία ανακαίνιση! Η έντονη δυσοσμία, η ελλιπέστατη καθαριότητα, το ανύπαρκτο ίντερνετ (υπάρχουν μόνο κάτι ενισχυτές κρυμμένοι σε ντουλάπια ενός κακόμοιρου τούρτες που η τύχη του κυριολεκτικά αγνοείται), η μούχλα στους τοίχους, τα βρώμικα τοιχώματα στα κρεβάτια, ο ελλιπής οικιακός σκ οπλισμός, οι σκουριασμένες μπαταρίες στα μπάνια, οι βρώμικες κουρτίνες, το ελάχιστο ζεστό βέτο (πολυτέλεια ο ηλιακός το 2025 για την εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται τα δωμάτια), είναι μόνο λίγα από αυτά που θα μπορούσαν να χαρακτηρίσουν την διαμονή στα συγκεκριμένα διαμερίσματα. Στα θετικά η ωραία θέα κάποιων από αυτά μεταξύ αυτών και του δικού μου, προφανώς με απεριποίητα και ελλιπή σε άνεση μπαλκόνια και το προσωπικό που προφανώς ως δέκτης χιλιάδων παράπονων έχει προσαρμοστεί στο να προσπαθεί να βρει στοιχειώδεις λύσεις δεδομένων των συνθηκών! Πραγματικά από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη που λόγω της φύσης της εργασίας μου επισκέπτομαι συχνά όπως και άλλες περιοχές στην χώρα.

Μια πολύ καλή ικανοποιητική διαμονή

Πρώτον η τοποθεσία ήταν εκπληκτική, άμεση πρόσβαση με της στάσης λεωφορείου που πάει κυριολεκτικά παντού.Δεύτερον, ο χώρος μέσα ήταν άνετος με τον καναπέ στο μικρό σαλονίκη, μεγάλο κρεβάτι και μια κουζίνα εξαιρετική με τα άκρος απαραίτητα και τέλος, θέλω να πω ότι η κυρία Σοφία με εξυπηρέτησε σε ότι χρειάστηκα κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μου ....... Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ όλους και στην κύρια Σοφία και στον κύριο σταυρό ....

Το μόνο πράγμα που με ενόχλησε ήταν απλά η έντονη μυρωδιά που ερχόταν το μπάνιο και μύριζε σε όλο το μπάνιο αλλά και τον διάδρομο έξω απο αυτόν....

Το δωμάτιο μόλις έφτασα ήταν παγωμένο δεν υπήρχε θέρμανση,η τηλεόραση υπήρχε αλλά δεν λειτουργούσε,το μπάνιο ήταν απομονωμένο και δεν θερμαινόταν με τίποτα,και το χειρότερο όλων είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε χαρτί υγείας ούτε σαπούνι στον χώρο και μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες τηλεφωνικά κατάφεραν να μας φέρουν υγρό σαπούνι χεριών μέσα σε ένα πλαστικό μπουκάλι νερού (ελπίζω να μην ήταν και χρησιμοποιημένο)
