Very clean, good quality apartment with nice design. Quiet location.

I have been to Thessaloniki many times befor. I love the inner city, but what I really dont like is that most AirbandB and also Hotels are realy, really loud. Its ver yhard to find aplace where you have good sleeping quality. And here comes one of the biggest benfefits of the Soho: Not only the doors and windows are made of very good quality, the location is also calm and the beds are great. I also like the very clean design with high qualit materials. The bathroom is solid, the kitchen is nice, the windows are big and you have beautiful daylight. The studio is small, but it really has all you need for a couple or single person. The other tenants wrere very nice. One you check out how the door systen works ( I had a major problem the first night, but was my mistake) its a great place to stay. I walked to all my appointments in teh city, its 15 up to max 20 min anf you reach everything thats intresting in Thessaloniki, so you dont even need a car there. Parking is no problem.

At night the location can be quiet scary for a girl alone. I walked home one night, I felt ver uncomfortabl, and there where only men in the little night shop close by. The thing is, there are many empfty appartment blocks in that area, since the whole area is under construction or ready to be teared down. So so are almost no shops, no people in te street. When I arrived, I was really wondering where I ended up. During daytime I discovered that a big shopping mall is really close by. So since the place is quiet, which I really appreciate, I dont mind that the area is in development. At night I would recommend a taxi back home for women.

A very good apartment, where I'd like to stay again.

The building is located in walking distance from the railway station and a new metro station. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The district is a little bit chaotic with many abandoned houses but very quiet. The building is modern and very clean. The same I can say about this apartment. It was cozy and well equipped, especially with different kitchen utensils. Actually, I even regret that I couldn't stay there longer. I'll try to book the same property when I come to Thessaloniki next time.

You have to wait to get hot water in the shower. However, despite the long wait, I still couldn't wait for it. The intercom panel at the main door is modern but not very intuitive. I needed help from other residents to figure out how to use it. Also, the view from the window of the abandoned buildings around might be a drawback for some. However, I didn't find it unpleasant.

Impressive value for money, unfortunately too many mosquitos.

The room itself was good. It was spacious, the bathroom was nice too with a shower that was pleasant to use. Good value for money.

Unfortunately, despite the impressive aspects of the property, me and my partner dealt with mosquitos every single night. We were whacking on average 4-6 a day and at night it was the worst. We both had (and still have) bites all over us and this was very surprising overall because not once did we open the windows. This made it hard for us to get a goodnight’s rest as they would be buzzing in your ear all night if you didn’t kill them. It honestly seemed like an endless supply. Also, opening the door itself for the first time is very confusing and needs more documentation. I helped another guest with it too.

Daracık yatakta uyuyamadık ben onun yerine geçtim. her yerim tutulmuştu. üç kişi olmamıza rağmen sabah oğlum için kahvaltı gelmedi. biz üç kişi olarak yer ayırttık , 10 yaş altı ücretsiz değildi. o zaman onun için de kahvaltı gelmeli ve rahat bir yatağı olmalı. Ayrıca kahvaltı için mesajla iletişime geçtiklerinde üç menü söylemiştik. Otelde bulunan terliklerden de yok odada. ebeveyn için ayrı bir oda yok. paravanla ve dolap ile kapatılmış sadece yatağın sığdığı bir alan var. sonuç olarak bir gece için bile oldukça rahatsız bir deneyimdi.

STAY AWAY!! -Άλλο δωμάτιο κλείνεις, άλλο σου δίνουν, ΕΣΚΕΜΜΈΝΑ όπως αποδείχθηκε!! -Παραπλανητικές πληροφορίες στα χαρακτηριστικά των δωματίων (30τμ έλεγε αυτό που προπληρωσα, ~16τμ σπιρτόκουτο στην πραγματικότητα σου δίνουν!!, check attached photos) -Customer support υπό του μηδενός. Μου πρότειναν αλλαγή δωματίου μετά από 3 ημέρες, το απόγευμα πριν το πολύ πρωινό check out 🤣. Καμία ανάληψη ευθυνών, το μόνο που τους νοιάζει είναι να πάρουν τα χρήματα και να δώσουν ότι να είναι, χωρίς να τους ενδιαφέρει η ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών που προσφέρουν. -Υπηρεσια καθαριότητας δεν υπάρχει κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Είχαν αφήσει ενάμισι μικρό ρόλο χαρτί υγείας για 2 άτομα για 4 ημέρες και παρακαλούσα για ένα χαρτί υγείας λολ - Το μπάνιο είχε υγρασίες στον τοίχο -Λαθος πληροφορίες εισόδου (λένε για key box, που όντως υπάρχει, όμως μπαίνεις με κωδικό χωρίς κλειδί) -Με έπαιρναν τηλέφωνο από κάποιο elephant suites (lol) με το οποίο δε έχω καμία σχέση, αν έδωσαν τα προσωπικά μου στοιχεία εκει, ένα ακόμη σοβαρότατο ατόπημα (δεν έχουν ακούσει για GDPR μάλλον)

Αρεστό το καλύμα αλλά όχι οι συνθήκες διαμονής που επιδέχονται σαφώς βελτίωσης.

Η τοποθεσία. Υπήρχε άνετο, ελεύθερο παρκάρισμα καθ΄όλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας. Ήταν κοντά στη στάση μετρό και η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη. Το παρκάρισμα είναι το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα της Θεσσαλονίκης. Υπερβολικά καθαρό. Πολλά εξτρά (μεγάλο ψυγείο, πλυντήριο, κουζινικά σκεύη) και όλα καινούργια. Ο εξοπλισμός του καταλύματος ήταν άριστος. Παραπέμπει σε μακροχρόνιες διακοπές πολλών ημερών.

Έλλειψη ζεστού νερού, μη επαρκές για μπάνιο. Πολύ μικρός θερμοσίφωνας που ζεσταίνει το νερό μόνο για να πλύνεις τα πόδια σου. Παγώσαμε μέχρι να διαπιστωθεί ότι ΔΕΝ υπάρχει ζεστό νερό. Πλαστικό μη αναπνέον κάλυμμα για την προστασία του στρώματος, αλλά ανθυγιεινό που ζεσταίνει. Η μη φυσική παρουσία ανθρώπου στο κατάλυμα άφηνε περιθώρια στους επισκέπτες άλλων διαμερισμάτων να συμπεριφέρονται σαν να βρίσκονται σπίτι τους. Ούρλιαζαν όταν επέστρεψαν τα ξημερώματα. Με αποτέλεσμα να μην ξυπνάς έντρομος μέσα στην νύχτα. Επίσης η διαμονή πολύ μεγάλων οικόσιτων σκυλιών που γαυγίζουν κατά τις ώρες που θέλεις να ησυχάσεις, είναι ένα θέμα που πρέπει να υπολογίσει κάποιος. Ενώ το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο και βολικό από πολλές απόψεις, δυστυχώς η φιλοξενία δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική. Αν εξαιρέσει κάποιος όλα αυτά και δεν τον απασχολεί να πλυθεί ή να κοιμηθεί, αλλά μόνο να κάθεται εκεί πίνοντας καφέ ΝΑΙ για την τιμή του είναι πάρα πολύ καλό!

Άνετη διαμονή, με όλες τις παροχές!

Περίπου 10' με τα πόδια από την πλησιέστερη στάση του μετρό. Η περιοχή στην οποία βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα, αναβαθμίζεται με έντονη ανοικοδόμηση και ανακαίνιση πολλών παλαιών κτιρίων, και με μετατροπή τους πιθανότατα σε ενοικιαζόμενα διαμερίσματα. Θα προτιμήσω ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, καθώς είχε εύκολο πάρκινγκ, το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο πλέον για τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Υπήρξαν κάποια προβλήματα σχετικά με το κλιματιστικό του δωματίου, αλλά λύθηκαν άμεσα, χάρη στην ταχύτατη παρέμβαση της ιδιοκτήτριας εταιρείας!

- Θα πρέπει να αλλάξει η περιγραφή στις οδηγίες που στέλνονται στον επισκέπτη για την είσοδό του στο κατάλυμα, καθώς αναφέρεται παραλαβή των κλειδιών από τη θυρίδα εισόδου της οικοδομής, ενώ στην ουσία ο επισκέπτης εισέρχεται στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα με κωδικό τον οποίο πληκτρολογεί σε ηλεκτρονικό πάνελ της εισόδου, και όχι με παραλαβή κλειδιών από την θυρίδα, η οποία όντως υπάρχει! - Προσωπική άποψη ότι ένας φούρνος μικροκυμάτων θα βόλευε.

Очень неплохое место -- не очень далеко от центра (хотя, конечно, не в нём), вдобавок соседние здания -- это брошенный офис и какой-то склад, ближайшие окна напротив достаточно далеко, шума практически никакого нет. В номерах чисто, есть полотенца, посуда, плита и холодильник, что позволяет вполне хорошо жить самостоятельно и, например, не посещать кафе, чтобы поесть.

В моём номере было написано "горячая вода 24/7", но на деле вода была холодной. В номере подруги необходимо было каждый раз включать электроподогреватель и горячая вода работала. Опытным путём я выяснил, что в моём номере тоже необходимо включать электроподогреватель в щитке (хорошо, что я электрик). Дозвониться по указанным в номере телефонам и по номеру на сайте не удалось.

Ładny nowoczesny wystrój, chociaż kurwa to takie betonowe gówno nad łóżkiem mogliby zakryć Czysto, blisko dworca i duża lodówka i pralka

Ogródek mógłby być lepiej rozdysponowany, brak suszarki na rzeczy (mimo iż jest pralka i klamerki) System PiN nie działa wybitnie gdyż na ich stronie miałem pin który nie działa a na mailu miałem inny działający pin, aha klamka też działa dziwnie
