Spotless, clean and beautiful apartment with a helpful host.

Everything was perfect, the flat had no bad surprises, the communication of the owner was quick and effective. We really enjoyed our stay. The whole apartment was much better as we expected. Highly recommend to everyone!

I can't say anything bad. The only thing is the parking, it wasn't easy to find a spot around the apartment. The free parking was full, so I had to park more far. As we arrived quite late at night, it was't pleasant. Overall it is reasonable to deal with if you are not deadly tired, after a long driving :)

Felt like home

Although we only stayed for one night, this apartament truly felt like home. It was incredibly spacious, fully equipped with everything you might need, and located close to the City center. I would definitily choose this place again the next time i'm in Thessaloniki and stay for a longer period.

Θαυμασιο σπιτι, πεντακαθαρο και η οικοδεσποτης ηταν ευγενεστατη και εξυπηρετικη.

Καλοπροαιρετη προταση μου, θα μπορουσε να ειχε καλυτερα, ορθοπεδικα ισως, στρωματα στα κρεβατια. Εαν προστεθουν, το διαμερισμα ειναι για 11 στα 10. Σας το συνιστω και θα ξαναπηγαινα.

Apartament foarte spațios si cu absolut toate dotările de care poți avea nevoie. Proprietarul drăguț cu răspunsuri rapide si utile inclusiv recomandări despre zonele de interes din oraș. Amplasarea la 10 min de mers cu mașina sau 20 min cu autobuz (ce are stația la 20 m) până la zona de faleză . Revenim cu drag de fiecare dată cand vom avea nevoie de cazare in Salonic.

Ailemizle kaldık evin içi mükemmel, çevre biraz ıssız hissettiriyor.

Ev konforlu, temiz ve fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. 2 aile ve çocuğumuzla çok rahat kaldık. Evin içerisinde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı. Yakınında market bulunmakta. Yol üstünde aracınızı park edebilirsiniz.

Evi tutmadan önce googleden mutlaka konumuna ve etrafına bakın. Çok fazla iş yerinin olduğu bir cadde üzerinde. Bu da ıssız bir yerde kalıyomuş hissi veriyor. Yol kenarına aracınızı ücretsiz boş bulduğunuz yere park edebilirsiniz ancak etraf çok güvenli hissettirmiyor. Biz lidl marketin yanına park ettik. İnternet hızı biraz yavaş.

Άνεση, ιδιωτικότητα και προνομιακή τοποθεσία χωρίς την τυπική «ξενοδοχειακή» αίσθηση

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πραγματικά ασυναγώνιστη: μόλις δύο βήματα από τα ΚΤΕΛ και ακριβώς δίπλα σε ένα από τα κορυφαία ξενοδοχεία της Θεσσαλονίκης. Όμως εμείς απολαύσαμε κάτι ακόμη καλύτερο – ένα φωτεινό, πενακάθαρο, διαμέρισμα με τεράστια ιδιωτική βεράντα, καμία σχέση με τα μικρά μπαλκονάκια που προσφέρουν συνήθως τα ξενοδοχεία της περιοχής. Νιώσαμε από την πρώτη στιγμή σαν στο σπίτι μας. Μας περίμενε ένα ζεστό καλωσόρισμα με λιχουδιές και παγωμένο νερό στο ψυγείο· μια λεπτομέρεια που έκανε τη διαφορά μετά από το ταξίδι. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και τόσο ήσυχο τα βράδια, ώστε ξεκουραστήκαμε πραγματικά. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άμεση όποτε τον καλέσαμε. Σημαντικό! Σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής: Για το μέγεθος του χώρου και τις παροχές του, η τιμή είναι περισσότερο από δίκαιη! Αν ψάχνετε άνεση, ιδιωτικότητα και προνομιακή τοποθεσία χωρίς την τυπική «ξενοδοχειακή» αίσθηση, αυτό το διαμέρισμα είναι ακριβώς ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα – σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπιλέξουμε!

Εξαιρετικό για ένα ΣΚ!

Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο. Πραγματικά είχε τα πάντα και δε μας έλειψε τίποτα!Πολύ σημαντικό επίσης το ότι ήταν καθαρό! Τα κρεβάτια είχαν καλό και αναπαυτικό στρώμα αλλά τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ χοντρά και άβολα (θα συνιστούσα αλλαγή). Για κάποιον που δεν διαθέτει όχημα, έχει ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι στάση λεωφορείου. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την οικοδέσποινα που μας διευκόλυνε με late check out.

Η τοποθεσία είναι κακή. Δεν έχει κάτι να προσφέρει σε καταστήματα, καφέ ή εστιατόρια. Δεν υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης πλην του κεντρικού δρόμου μπροστά από το σπίτι. Επίσης, υπήρχαν διάφορες δυσάρεστες μυρωδιές, οπότε το να καθίσεις στην πραγματικά υπέροχη βεράντα δεν ήταν πάντα εύκολο.

Cazarea este extraordinara, apartamentul este spatios, foarte bine impartit si amenajat. Gazda ne-a aspteptat cu apa la frigider, precum si la temperatura camerei, oua rosii si pasca. Precizez ca noi am ajuns in a doua zi de Pasti. Gazda a fost extraordinara. The accommodation is extraordinary, the apartment is spacious, very well divided and arranged. The host waited for us with water in the fridge, as well as at room temperature, red eggs and Easter sweets. I should mention that we arrived on the second day of Easter. The host was extraordinary.

Selânikteki tesislerden kesinlikle konforlu, temiz, olanakları geniş, çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi ile, rahat ve geniş yatakları ile oldukça güzel bir daire. Ancak konumu oldukça kötü, oto yedek parça ve tamirhaneler arasında. Apartman başka bir konumda olsa, zaten fiyatı 2-3 katına çıkardı. Artısı, hemen önünde otobüs durağı var, 20 dakikada şehir merkezindesiniz.
