No return until guests sleep comfort comes first

I stayed at Soho Harbor for one night while on a road trip. The location is practical — right near the highway exit, so you don’t have to drive into the city. There’s a large shopping center just a short walk away, which has a large grocery store, shops. Street parking is free, easy and spacious cine its far from center. The hotel is pet-friendly, which I appreciated, although the 20€ per night fee for dogs felt a bit high and could be mentioned more clearly in the description (also no bowls or carpet). The studio itself was well-equipped with a full kitchen including an oven, stove, and washing machine. One button espresso coffee machine would have made it much better.

The main downside is the highway — the building faces a busy road with three lanes each way. You can get used to the constant traffic noise at night, but motorcycles pass by every 15–20 minutes and can really wake you up at night multiple times. Earplugs are a must if you want to get a proper night’s sleep, which is one of the main purposes of staying at a hotel as I see. Another major downside is the bed. It’s cheaply made from particleboard and already in poor condition, with warped sides. There are no mattress and pillows protectors, and the provided sheet is short and slips off during the night. I also noticed some unhygienic marks on the mattress, which made it very uncomfortable — I felt like I had to sleep in my clothes. Additionally, in the studios, one bed side is right up against the wall. This wall should be perfectly clean, especially since it’s white, but it was dirty and felt like a public restroom surface. Because of the poor condition of the bed, I would definitely not stay at this hotel again, no matter the price or discounts. Another downside is communication and check-in. There is no proper reception or waiting area. When I arrived, construction work was happening under my room — metal structures being installed for the café on the ground floor. I notified the staff about the noise and requested a quieter room, but I had to wait an hour before I could move, during which the noise continued. I'm not surprised they move conversation to whatsapp. The new room was actually worse in some ways, but quieter than the first one. This lack of organization and consideration for guests is very frustrating, especially after a long journey when you just want to rest. Another minor issue is the access system. You are given a 2 codes instead of a key card, and the door handle is tricky — you have to turn it at the exact moment the code works.

Horrible experience and an abuse of the public

Vey unpleasant experience and cannot give any reason to liking the place.

Difficult with street front door loose entry key box as well as apartment entry key box and inside door knob broken to be found on the floor. Badly maintained cabinet dior to washing machine. No window blind allowing day light from early morning. Narratives of customer service is nothing but to cover up wrong doings of the organisation.

Great stay, a bargain!

The apartment was incredibly clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were spacious. The balcony got some lovely afternoon sun, which we enjoyed. The outlet mall across the road had convenient food options and it is easy to walk into the town centre.

Ανετο κρεβάτι, τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι και το υπνοδωμάτιο, ωραία καινούργια πολυκατοικία, ωραία εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο, σωστή και ωραία οργάνωση του check-in, πανεύκολο πάρκινγκ και κοντά στο πολυκατάστημα one.

Άργησε το check-in,έγινε στις 16:00 η ώρα. Θα μπορούσε λίγο καλύτερη καθαριότητα. Προβληματικός καναπές.

Würden diese Unterkunft für wenige Tage wieder buchen

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Super austattung und sogar mit waschmaschine. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Mit dem Auto ist man gleich in 5 minuten in der stadt. Self check in auch sehr gut gemacht.

Das bett war etwas härter und eher klein für zwei.

Apartamentul nu este ingrijit aproape deloc, curatenia fiind realizata doar la suprafata. Foarte mult praf pe jos, fire de par si lenjerii îmbâcsite. Usile dulapurilor defecte, iar usa de la baie nu se inchide fara cheie. De asemenea, la baie nu a fost sters pe jos, regandindu-se urme de incaltaminte, praf, picaturi de apa. Supriza de dimjneata, cand am aprins lumina, au inceput sa iasa foarte multi gandaci de la dus, in sir (minim 10 gandaci).

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne i czyste lecz w nieciekawej okolicy

Nowoczesne,dobrze wyposażone wnętrze. Miło było do niego wracać po całym dniu podróżowania

Wiele niezamieszkałych,opuszczonych budynków w okolicy. Wieczorem opustoszała, nie czułyśmy się tam do końca bezpiecznie i raczej w pośpiechu otwierałyśmy drzwi wejściowe. Poza tym ok godziny 22 okolica przeradzała się w dzielnice czerwonych latarni i kręciły się tam panie lekkich obyczajów wraz z podjeżdżający mi zewsząd panami. Nas osobiście to dość mocno wystraszyło. W pokoju zdecydowanie brakuje szmat,ścierek którymi można byłoby wytrzeć podłogę w łazience. Niestety z prysznica ta woda przedostaje się na podłogę. Dorzucilabym jeszcze jakaś zmiotke. Drobiazgi ale jednak warto je dołożyć.

Οταν πρώτο μπήκαμε υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά κλεισούρας. Το πιο σημαντικό από όλα ήταν ότι στη ντουζιέρα το νερό έτρεχε με ελάχιστη πίεση πράγμα που δυσκόλευε πολύ το να κάνεις μπάνιο.

Χρειάζονται μικρές διορθώσεις για την άνεση όπως το πως ανοίγει το ψυγείο, και μια μικρη παρεμβαση στο ένα φύλλο της ντουλάπας για να ανοίγει πιο εύκολα. Επίσης στο μπαλκόνι του πρώτου ορόφου πρέπει να μπει διαχωριστικό διότι δεν εξασφαλίζεται ιδιωτικότητα από το διπλανό μπαλκόνι της καφετέριας
