Money stolen

The apartment was very nice, but having money stolen by the cleaner was very upsetting and distressing.

The cleaner stole 12,000 Rand from us while staying in the apartment. It was a very distressing and upsetting situation. We had to get the Police involved which you dont expect to do on holiday. We also didnt have any cash to spend during our stay which left us in an awkward position. With all the distress caused we have not received a formal apology or compensation from Nox properties or Booking.com. Nox properties who are the third party booking company have admitted liability and have returned part of the monies stolen but due to the exchange rate we are also out of pocket for that. Poor poor service with a negative outcome. Would we return - Never

It was just fine. I wouldn’t go back

The location is great. It’s centrally located making it easier for you to move around.

It was dirty. The carpet literally stinks and is black from dirt. And even when the cleaner came to clean the house, she wouldn’t clean thoroughly. She would do touch ups.
