We travelled from the Karoo with two small dogs. We booked a room at Kloof Nest through Booking.com, only to arrive and find they could not accommodate us. We were stranded in Cape Town with no place to stay at 6pm on Monday night. We found Sweetest Apartments on the Booking.com website and as we were within 5 km away, we drove to the apartment. We knocked and was immediately assisted.
Parking is in the street, very limited.

Clean
Issues with shower. It was reported and I was made to feel like I was complaining unnecessarily. Had to go to really important meetings and events not having showered for a day
