Disappointed in the quality for what we paid.

Unfortunately this property’s not well looked after. There was no hot water available in the kitchen. The towels had holes in them. The oven is loose and falling out. The kettle lid is broken. It felt scrappy and uncared for.

Beautiful location, noisy upstairs neighbours

Location was beautiful. Easy access and communication with the host

Upstairs neighbour was extremely loud at all times. We were given single beds when none of the apartments had single beds and as a couple we wanted to sleep next to each other. We were not given access to the pool which is shown on the listing. We had the do not disturb sign on the door as we went to get food and didn’t want anyone in the room to clean it, however when we came back we found out that, that had been ignored and they had entered the room anyway

Not well located for people walk and poor lighting as there's only one window which is in the kitche

The bedroom has no windows therefore poor lighting.The bedroom was cold and walls were damp. It's located up a very steep hill making it difficult to walk by foot.

Perfect location, beautifully decorated and homely. Size was great for the 3 of us staying. Martha was great and very helpful

Cannot ask for a better location. More space than I could’ve used. Sunset from the stoep was great. Appreciated the heaters in the cold. Waited for a late check in.

Fantastic

I really enjoyed my stay — the big walk-in shower and spacious washbasin made the bathroom feel luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, which made cooking at home a breeze. I also appreciated the stylish and thoughtful décor throughout the space.

The tiled path leading to the downstairs studio unit became extremely slippery when it rained — I actually slipped and fell during my stay. It would be helpful if better grip surfaces or clear signage could be added to prevent accidents.

The location was good but would rather book at a different property in future

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was extremely noisy, with people walking on the floor above until the early hours of the morning. We were told we could use the upstairs deck but were given dirty looks by the owners when we went up to sit there, so we ended up avoiding the area

Peaceful and quiet

Room was spacious, the lounge and kitchen wow that was breathtaking.

TV channels are extremely limited. I couldn’t watch Pirates Vs Sundowns. I sense a foul smell in the room. I didn’t like that.

Location was nice and close to all the cool spots in Seapoint. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was reasonably sized. Nice big bathroom.

The noise from people walking in the apartment above was really loud, especially early in the morning which prevented a comfortable sleep in. There was no door between the room and the bathroom so that was a little awkward.

The Location was great, daily cleaning was very much appreciated, clean place, comfortable and cozy

Would appreciate to have change of towels at least every 2 days as well as replenishing the toilet paper. Certain oversights were present such as the soap dispenser being completely empty for the whole stay. The shower did not drain well, however we did not notify the staff about it as it was a small discomfort for us anyway.
