nice place but inflexible hosts looking to charge every extra penny they can get away with .

self catering .Location excellent though

Apartment was very nice ,what really put us off is that the hosts wanted to charge a fee for early arrival ,only advised of this after we booked ,then when we requested a later checkout ,we were advised that this would cost R1000 for every fifteen minutes that we were in the apartment after 10am (normal check out is 11 am is it not )!!! Lots of places to choose from in Sea point so wont go back here .

Disappointed. We wanted to spent as little time as possible in this apartment.

Location. Beds are comfortable. Looks beautiful.

No electricity on first day of our stay. We didn’t know that it was not load shedding. And staff did not do anything to reach out to me and to tell me no electricity was their issue. Unexpected Cockroaches appeared all over maybe due to the restaurant below. So gross we didn’t use kitchen because we were too busy killing the roaches. The place looks spotless. Deceiving place. As I spent time wiping down the flooded floors in the ensuite bedroom and hallway with the towels after each shower due to the poor drainage. Too bad, we didn’t read the recent review before booking this place. You would never know until you experience it. The management speak nicely but don’t do their job or do it quickly enough. Go elsewhere unless you like cockroaches.

Our stay was short but the backup was commendable with a few issue we had.

Very comfortable apartment.

We thorough enjoyed our stay in this well-kitted, stylish and well-located apartment. Our only concern was the arrival and accessing the complex initially and feeling safe doing so with many vagrants loitering at the entrance. It is just across from a mall, and easy walking distance to SeaPoint Beachfront.

Magnificent place

Beautiful flat!!! Stunning interior, comfy beds, welcome aircon, good Wi-Fi, safe parking, lots of restaurants close by and soundproof windows. Especially the shower was the best ever!!!!! Will definitely return!! Brand new pristine clean place!

Just to help future guests, could you put the flat number on the lock box? Struggled to find the correct one. We struggled to find the password, maybe put a leaflet with the info on the table? We phoned 2 numbers provided to help, but both never replied or answered, would help to have a contact person should guests need anything.

Great location, very close to beach, shopping centres and restaurants. Apartment was clean, tidy and well catered. Spacious and well appointed with lovely furniture and fittings - very impressive!
