Beautifully furnished three bedroom bathroom with two full bathrooms. 1 en suite. Spacious with modern fittings. Located on the beachfront in the trendy Sea Point suburb. Walk out of the building onto the promenade where you can stroll or run for kilometers in either direction. Or rent a bicycle opposite the road at the al fresco eating area adjacent to the Pavilion salt waster swimming pools.
Walk a block or two to great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and enjoy the shopping and dining in the area.
The Hop on Hop off tourist bus stop is located a few meters opposite the building. The location has been reviewed as excellent.
The apartment has a small balcony with a lovely side view of the sea. Spacious and comfortable for up to 6 adults with fast fiber wifi.
