next to the President Hotel on a quiet side street within walking
distance of the Sea Point Promenade, Queens Beach, and Saunders' Rock
Beach. This walkable seaside village is brimming with coffee shops,
bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. The spacious balcony provides
the ideal setting for enjoying one of the world's best climates! Table
Mountain and the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are only a

The Space:
This unit has its own entrance and is located above a ground floor
unit. It features a lounge/dining area that opens onto a large balcony
with views of the President Hotel and the ocean. The home flows
naturally, with the kitchen and taking center stage in this exquisitely
designed family space. The main bedroom features a king-size bed as
well as an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower overhead. The
second bedroom features a king-size bed that can be split into two
