The location was quiet and easily accessible to places to eat and visit.

The second bedroom needed aircon condsidering the hot temperature and there was no way to draw the curtain blinds to allow air through an open window.

Cape Town Excellence

Modern apartment in an excellent location for visiting the city and Table Mountain. Safe neighborhood with easy access to all areas. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information about the neighborhood. The room and bathroom were very clean and cozy, with a spacious shower and a comfortable bed. We had a great time and would recommend it.

Excellent accommodation

The staff were great, it felt very safe with a 24 hr reception and locked entry gates. The location suited us with easy access to walk to a supermarket and cheap Ubers into town arriving very quickly.

Perfect location

The property is very central and makes it easy to get to any area of the Western Cape. The bed is big and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again in the future when visiting Cape Town.

I was wonderfully comfortable and would definitely book again if I need to be near the City Centre.

It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed! It was peaceful, in a great location and once the windows were opened the Cape Town breezes entered freely! The staff were delightful and very helpful.

I cannot sleep in sheets that are not 100% cotton - they are too hot.

Nice, spacious, well appointed, comfortable, friendly staff.

No AC. No elevator. Noise in the bedroom from water from out toilet and other rooms' showers. Apparently some plumbing is misplaced there. Also, the automated messages after the confirmation are in a rude tone.

Disappointing and quite stressful, mainly because of the debit card issues.

My extended family were in the 3 ground floor apartments which made it easy for us. The WiFi was good. The daily housekeeping was excellent.

My bedroom window (apartment 2) opened onto a corridor next to reception and was very noisy from early morning. Phone signal was very poor. They advertise a Wellness Spa and a Games Room which don’t exist; not sure about the Kids Club, business centre, childminding or beach towels. Through Booking.com, they advertise ‘payment on arrival’ but, after booking, payment was attempted 3 times against my debit card, resulting in my bank intercepting it, cancelling the card and issuing a new one. Access is via a steep slope or steps from the pavement level gate so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues; also the shower is over a bath.

It was great to complete your tour and knowing you coming to a lovely place to relax and chill.

Location was scenic and the staff were very helpful. Unit was serviced daily with care which was great. All staff that we encountered was very friendly and always willing to help. Even our early morning check in of our storage to hold until the later that afternoon was done without any hassles and on our return all our luggage was in our unit.

Little attention to the lounge set perhaps for a more comfortable relaxation. The worst was the water noise experienced during the cause of the night that comes down those pipes right at our unit being on the ground floor. That made for a restless night.

We were treated with kindness and hospitality and truly enjoyed the homely feel of the apartment.

The gentlemen at reception were exceptionally friendly and great hosts. It was very easy to access the property and book in was fast and pleasant. It is a beautiful, cosy establishment and we will definitely be booking there again.

There were no bad experiences at the establishment. The only thing that could be approved on would be perhaps air conditioning during summer and a faster wi-fi service. Otherwise, there are no complaints.

We loved everything about the place. It was nice and cosy. We loved the rusks. They were perfect for morning tea. We will most definitely be returning.

There was a smell when we got there probably because it was standing close for a while but other then that it was amazing.
