I did not eat breakfast for the duration of my stay because i did not know that there was breakfast at the property
The was no dustpan for me to clean if need be

The Security Lady in front or helpdesk person was far from friendly and knows nothing about customer Service couldn't even give a simple smile

Nice and central for working in the CBD.
Kloof Street is party central over a weekend which made the stay a little noisy. Fine for travellers who are looking for a vibe, less appropriate for travellers working or competing in an event.
