The abundance of kitchen utulities! Very clean 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious with a small dining area. A huge lounge. Beautiful outdoor stoep (patio)

What a gem ! We stayed for 5 days in this period property which is located in the gardens district with views of table mountain , just a 5-10 min walk to Kloof street abd 19 min Uber ride to the V and A waterfront . The rooms were spacious abd comfortable furnished The little garden and terrace outside our room 3 was lovely for sitting out with breakfast or drinks and there was a nice ( small) swimming pool available and a cafe room with essential items , books and some games to borrow . Emmy was a great host , helping with useful tips and trip ideas and communication was extremely easy ( we especially appreciated the late check in information as were very late arriving due to flight delay ) A really lovely place to stay as a base in Cape Town .

Nothing ! It’s was delightful . It is on a busy road so you do get traffic until late evening and early morning but it didn’t disturb sleep .

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent—everything you need is close by, and it's easy to get to any part of the city. I'd especially like to mention the hostess—she's incredibly pleasant, responsive, and caring. She was always available to help with any questions we had. The service was top-notch! We'd be happy to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to others.

Everything! Brilliant location for Kloof Street and all the eateries, central for easy access to everything else. Great house with character and everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Very helpful Emmie on hand too for advice about where to go.
