Close to the activities we wanted to do, and the area was safe, it had free parkings as well. Staff was friendly and had good recommendations

The staff (Bissa in particular) was very helpful in facilitating my arrival and leaving luggage behind while I was on the Garden Route. Their communication was terrific and the restaurant was nice.

Great breakfast included. Bissa was most helpful and so friendly. All the staff was amazing. 10 min Uber to the Waterfront
Seems like focus is on the conference centre and hosting. Was underwhelming. Very hot in Cape Town and no fridge to store cold water in room. The rooms desperately need an air conditioner ! Bathroom very basic, not even toilet spray included. The local bar and weed dispensary across the hotel stays open after midnight resulting in loud noise and weed smell all evening with balcony doors open (as it's way too hot without air-conditioning to close) . Staff are really fantastic though.
