It was clean, spacious and located in a safe environment
The Tv is too old and not android, you can’t do anything with it, I suggest getting a bigger smart TV so your guests can atleast watch TV(Netflix, Apple TV, prime etc)

Perfect location, lovely hosts and cleaning staff. Upon arrival, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned and trashed from the previous guests. I made contact with one of facilitators & the cleaning staff arrived so quickly. Given the state of the apartment vs what I saw upon my return- I was so thankful and the cleaning staff were so thorough and I still don’t know how she managed to clean that mess in an hour. I even left a thank you note & snack for her when I checked out. The overall apartment was beautiful, well stocked and equipped. Lovely hosts + friendly security. I really felt comfortable and safe. I will be back!
Better heating, the current heater works sporadically.

The view to Table Mountain from the lounge
I did not get information about the lock box but the man at the door (not affiliated with this management) helped us. Without him I don’t know how we could have managed. I had asked for the information abd was promised it would be sent on what’s app. Never got it
