I liked the fact that this apartment is located in a secure building in the CBD. This was extremely convinient because it's easy to get anywhere from here. I also enjoyed the amaizing views of Upper Long Street and Lion's Head. The WiFi was working great all the time.
The host should be deliberate in accommodating people from different cultures. For example, the apartment needs to have a stick for cooking pap (stiff porridge made from maize meal), which is a meal that many bleack people from Southern Africa living in the apartment are likely to cook.

The whole room, the building and the facilities
The noise from the construction was unbearable luckily I didn't have to stay all day as I was exploring the city.
