Overall, the stay was pleasant in parts, especially the location, but a few issues prevented it from being entirely comf

I really liked the location, and the flat itself is very lovely. I appreciated that when I reported an issue with the shower, it was resolved promptly. However, I do wish the property had been better maintained, or that I had been informed in advance about the cockroach issue, as this would have helped manage expectations during my stay.

There were some cleanliness concerns during my stay. I noticed cockroaches in the apartment, which made me less comfortable using the kitchen to cook. There was also a noticeable smell in the space, which affected my overall comfort.

it was a really big space and great location, the building managers were kind and hospitable.

the quality of the space was subpar: a lot of maintenance and upkeep was needed to improve the quality of the space. but the team were receptive and relocated me to a different apartment.

Well positioned apartaments

Spacious apartment, well equipped, clean and a superb security team.

The details of the lock box that was sent to us were wrong, even though the code was correct..we had to call the agency after multiple failed trails and only then were we given the correct lock box. Quite frustrating after a long flight. The shower drain needs to be fixed as it doesn’t drain well and the pillows as well as bed needs to be replaced, they are too old 😔

Place has everything you need. Wifi is nice and fast. Smart TV.

Loud at night. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and I am by no means exaggerating.My back barely made it out in one piece. Shower drain was blocked.

Loved the no cockroach vibe and loved the appartments lay out simple modern and plain not over cluttered etc

The building was clean and safe. Security guards were very helpful. The place is a walking distance to a lot of places. The view from the apartment is breathtaking

The blankets were not clean and no base cover was on to the base was untidy showing stains. There was no rug and table on the floor as showed on pictures. No cleaning service was provided since we stayed there for more than a week.

I will not recommend this appartments at all

Location not bad. No parking at all. Must park outside in the streets.

Bedding was stain and duvet was torn. There was cockroaches in the appartment . Very noisy outside because it was close to night clubs.
