The facility’s amenities, everything we needed was available.
Full briefing of entering and leaving the facility. We struggled with the main entrance door not knowing we use our key when coming in, we were not told.

Quite clean.
Street parking is a huge challenge, a great inconvenience and quite off putting.
Try arrange with nearby buildings for parking at a fee.
There was noise at night - couldn't tell from which floor, but it was quite bad
