It’s not like I wanted cleaners to clean noo just blankets make sure you stick to what you write change them weekly like

I like that the property have everything it’s like you are at home you have everything you want

The fact that we stayed 16 nights without them cleaning or changing sheets and blankets like on their lease they say they don’t clean for people staying there for many days they can only clean weekly but they didn’t even show up that weekly coz I send a message after 1 weeek for them to come to clean but they didn’t even reply to my message imagine staying for 16 nights without changing blankets it’s bad that’s the only thing I didn’t like about staying there

Street parking is a huge challenge, a great inconvenience and quite off putting. Try arrange with nearby buildings for parking at a fee. There was noise at night - couldn't tell from which floor, but it was quite bad The throw on the bed needed a wash

It’s a nice property.

I didn’t like that they don’t clean on a daily basis, you reuse towels and all. Limited tv channels, they didn’t even offer WiFi password on arrival.

It was good , was able to check in later after the check in time , the location is at the centre and closer to a lot of places to explore Cape Town , it’s safe from outside till inside , but there’s no housekeeping , had to clean for ourselves everyday , example (using the same towels for 4 days ) , and all other hygiene stuff ..

Safe and Secure Studio Apartment

I had a fantastic experience at Tuynhuys! Friederike is an amazing host, incredibly hospitable, and the cleaning staff are also very friendly. The receptionist is super welcoming, and the building's access control is top-notch. What I loved the most was the central location. The apartment is conveniently located right across from the Company Gardens and on the same street as the Parliament building. It couldn't have been better!

I loved the location, it's perfect close to Long Street and Town. It's a beautiful cozy apartment and it is exactly like how it was advertised. It is safe as well in the building nice and quiet. Internet connection is excellent.

The process of cleaning was rushed, there were still traces of hair in the bathroom and under the couch there was dust like it was not sweeped. I feel like the couch needs a deep cleaning and the carpet as well. Cockroaches in the bathroom. We did communicate a query regarding DSTV not playing and Grant confirmed someone will come and attend to the matter and no one showed up. Remote for TV was not working and soundbar is not connected to the TV
