offers a round dining table and chairs, seating four people and creates
an intimate space to enjoy delicious meals.
From the lounge, step out onto a quaint undercover balcony area fitted
with comfortable outdoor seating and lush greenery boasting magnificent
views of the iconic Table Mountain, the perfect spot to relax, unwind
and take in your surroundings.
The thoughtfully furnished bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ample
storage space, natural lighting, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with
a shower/bath combo, toilet, and a basin with vanity. For added
convenience, there is a washing machine in the bathroom for guests to
use as they please, as well as crisp linen and fresh towels included in
your stay. Additionally, one secure parking space is available, with
extra on-street parking for guest convenience.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 26 Hof Street Gardens.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
